It’s a bit overwhelming at first and there’s a lot of data entry that goes into getting it set up

It’s solving our loss of communication amongst our team and helping us lower down time.

What do you like best about the product?
Most modern and user friendly CMMS we have looked at and really good account support from the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say that would be more beneficial for us not that it is a dislike but some more reporting dashboards for parts inventory, this is something I have raised before and have been told it is on a development list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better organisation with stock inventory.

The Best Maintenance Management Platform We’ve Used—Hands Down!
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX offers an impressive level of flexibility, allowing teams across various industries to tailor the platform to meet their specific operational requirements, workflows, and maintenance protocols—regardless of size, complexity, or sector.
What do you dislike about the product?
One notable downside of MaintainX is the cost associated with its enterprise-tier pricing. For larger organizations or those requiring advanced features, the price point can be significantly higher than competing platforms. This may pose a challenge for budget-conscious businesses, especially when the return on investment isn’t immediately clear or when similar tools offer comparable functionality at a more affordable rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is solving key operational challenges we face at Stannp Ltd by streamlining our maintenance and troubleshooting processes across departments. Before adopting the platform, tracking issues—especially repeat problems with equipment or workflows—often relied on informal notes or scattered spreadsheets. Now, with MaintainX, we can log faults instantly, assign them to the correct team, track progress in real time, and maintain a clear history of resolutions. This has significantly reduced downtime, improved accountability, and helped us spot recurring issues quickly. The mobile access also means our team can respond on the go, which is essential in a fast-paced environment like ours.

The calendar view to allow us to view all employees workload & customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to change colour of the jobs in the calendar so it is easier to differentiate between customers & team

The software allows the team to manage their week to week & ensure they are on time for jobs and following our procedures
MaintainX has improved Stannps maintenance process and procedures tenfold
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule PM, parts inventory is easy to keep on top of and track costs. Asset management is detailed and user friendly. Data driven decisions are now easier than ever. Staff performance is easy to track now making KPIs more accurate and more efficient to review. Overall support is quick and helpful. Implementation is thorough. Makes day to day work much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides at all. The only thing I would say is the bugs with updates, but the team are quick to pick it up, review and resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have data driven desicions in all areas, mainly asset and staff performance. PM scheduling and paperwork has gone from 2 days to 2 hours.
Streamlined work orders with clear deadlines
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see who is working on what, the speed in which word orders come in, the ease of integration between machines and parts. Easy to crate purchase orders and link stock to different machines. Ability to use it on mobile and desktop. Good customer support when asking about implementation of different readings
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to use the parts section as effectively on the mobile (when creating new parts)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work over 2 different units and used to rely on a shared excel spreadsheet to log breakdowns. Now with maintainx, they are able log breakdowns on the app and an engineer will be there to resolve the issue. It also allows us to monitor and track preventative maintenance on the printers and machines.
Easy to use & improves efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use both for those creating work orders on the go & for those setting things up on the backend. It is super helpful for tracking preventative maintenance & hours spent on repairs. The new AI features have made the back end setup even easier as well!

Nothing really. I am very happy with everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it much easier for everyone to request help from the facilities team. It is also helping us track preventative maintenance.
Quick to use and easy to handle.

The most used is the use of QR codes for all parts or equipment.

The things I like the least are the creation of multiple work orders that we cannot create with the old ones.
The calendar shows us way too much information, or it is difficult when we have multiple work orders on the same day to move them around.

This allowed us to take inventory of our parts and add the machines we have.
Logical software on easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for administrators and technicians alike. Software is easy to navigate, update, and streamline into every day work. Integration was easy and the support team is always very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI recommendations in places like procedure creation, but I personally am skeptical about AI to begin with. Serial numbers cannot be customized and are often too long to memorize or remember.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our current MMS, there are too many options for users, and therefore people have not been consistently using the software. With the easy to use software that MaintainX has, people are inclined to use the software, and understand it's features more.
There is no standardization throughout branch plants in our current software, and procedures are non-existent. MaintainX has the Global Procedure option, which helps immensely with standardization.
No mobile application in current MMS. MaintainX lets technicians update work orders on the go, giving more accurate information in a timely manner.
Cross functional comments/notes/chat. MaintainX gives options to keep the team up to date on projects.

MaintainX is an extremely easy product to work on.

The amount of customizations make this program wonderful to work with.

Sometimes it logs me out when I am right in the middle of using it.

Keeps everything in one spot. Being able to communicate with my sites through the application is ideal.
