What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and Historical references in open system. The open dialogue is a simple solution to keep leadership informed of what is happening in our Operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes to MaintainX. The System works for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX provides a centralized system that provides our Maintenance Technicians a centralized system, with Management visibility, to share information.

Save time and organize!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature is the mobile capability. To be able to utilize everything on my cell keeps me moving. Everything I need is at my fingertips. I can create work orders, add assets, see requests and respond, and keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to respond directly to the requester in the app. So that if I need further clarification I can get it immediately and there is a record of our conversation right on the request page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay on top of requests which keeps the team members happy. It helps me present an accurate record of my workload and so much more. I can use these reports to show my superiors my progress and track problems.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about MaintainX is how simple and convenient it makes things. I can create, respond to, and update work order requests, log details, and keep everything moving—whether I’m at my desk or on the go. It keeps everything in one place, easy to access, and makes staying on top of tasks and communication effortless
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven’t experienced any downsides or real dislikes with MaintainX. If anything, my only “complaint” would be not learning about it sooner. It’s been smooth, reliable, and easy to use from day one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX keeps everyone connected in real time. Workers can communicate issues instantly, which speeds up response times, improves coordination, and keeps operations running smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to let our team know when something breaks down quickly, so we can get it fixed right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I take a picture while filling out a work order, the app kicks me out of the work order and doesn't save the picture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with Maintenance team. Allows them to see right away what's wrong.

What do you like best about the product?
Very quick to get a response. Then follow up if needed is also quick vey helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can’t easily print custom bin lables. I prefer to add the thumbnail to the label and current option does not allow it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that MaintainX is accessible on my phone. I also like that we can add pictures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more drop down menu to help submit orders more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we are out of toilet paper or soap in the restrooms, it's quick and easy to report this to maintaince. I once had a leak in my room and was able to send a picture.

What do you like best about the product?
The clean and comprehensive layout of the Home page. I have been amazed at the technical support and the ease of implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, as a new user, I really can't critique the software, but there is a bit of fear and trepidation and making all things work together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounting for the numerous assets and being able to assign monetary value for future leveraging.

What do you like best about the product?
Budget price, lot of tools and how user friendly it is.

Nothing. It’s very smooth and easy so I don’t dislike anything.

To have a record of al the works or reparations of the machines that I work.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the work order system and how it connects with assets and locations. The ability to use QR codes to start work orders when they are in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found anything that I can say is bad or I dislike about the system. The only thing I noticed which is not a huge issue is that it would be great if you could add information to the QR code so when you down load you get all the information for the asset to print on the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventorying Assets and the ability to track everything with the QR codes is the most benefit.

Easy and convenient

What do you like best about the product?
The app is easy and convenient. Everything you need is right in the palm of your hands. Making it easy to up load photos and easily add the people who need to be notified. I haven’t run in to any bugs like won’t connect to your camera or anything like that. It’s super smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into any downsides. We have using this platform for over two years and really enjoy the convenience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any issue we have in the building weather it is a broken lock or clogged toilet this puts a list together for the maintenance so things don’t get forgotten. I have seen a major improvement with the way our work orders prodded and handled. And it’s nice to also be able to check if it have been taken care of just from a few clicks on my phone
