Exceptional Team and Service from M'X
What do you like best about the product?
The team at M'X that I collaborated with demonstrated both professionalism and genuine empathy toward all of our needs and concerns. One of the main advantages was how easy it was to use the platform on a mobile phone, which meant we no longer needed to carry bulky notebooks or laptops with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least useful items were already identified and resolved during the initial set-up process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our process was not digital. This affected several areas, including financial planning, capital planning, preventative planning, forecasting, daily operations, information storage, SOPs, and the management of historical data. Moving to a digital approach will save us countless hours and reduce costs.
Intuitive Design and Powerful Data Mining Features
What do you like best about the product?
its intuitive design and especially the data mining and reporting that we have access to. It was very easy to upload current data and validate. Customer support is top notch. Always accessible and helpful

A little clunky with the filters to look at the breakdown of assets and structure
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing realtime useful data, cost per run hours, parts availability within the system. Sharing resuorces across sites

Customer support is very helpful and fast response time.

You have to go through them to make some key changes.

Effortless Operations Management with MaintainX
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has been very easy to use and implement on the operations side, it isn't often that you find technology that is designed for people on the ground, most programs are office focused and a burden for operations, not MaintainX. The support team has been excellent, providing responses in very timely manners.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are still in development, such as creating purchase orders via the mobile app that will really improve things from all levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has significantly reduced the commmunication barriers between our two shifts and all of our operators.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and the tech support team is always willing to assist with any issues.

Not all regions are setup the same. In the profile sections.

Asset and vendor management.
Effortless Team Coordination and Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Having my team be able to access and see all the different work orders we have and complete them based on assigned priority makes my life easier because I no longer have to worry about giving them an agenda each day, they have all the information they need to have a productive workday with little to no outside input from myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback I’ve experienced is how challenging it is to reach someone when I have questions about my account or encounter billing issues. Overall, the customer service is quite poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The workflow and productivity issue which I used to have is one problem that MaintainX is solving. They make managing tasks and staying organized much easier.

MaintainX - the platform for growth!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the reporting - it's very clear and easy to follow. It's also been extremely easy to implement. Without any training at all our team has been able to set up assets, create and document procedures, and track work orders. We use it daily, and it's just so smooth and easy to understand. If we need it, customer support is just a click away!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far my only dislike is that it is proving to be slightly difficult to schedule asset availability for equipment that is only used for a portion of the day.

We're a small family business and all maintenance procedures and history were living in the heads of a few of us family members. We know that in order to grow like we want we need to have clear maintenance history, procedures, and visibility. We were trying to decide how best to solve the problem when we discovered MaintainX. The fit for us was perfect - the ability to create and document procedures for future maintenance staff, the ability to store all maintenance data in one place, and being able to view and act on past maintenance cost and history is proving to be a true game changer.

What I like best about MaintainX is its ability to streamline maintenance operations by bringing work orders, communication, and asset management into one user-friendly platform. The mobile-first interface makes it easy for technicians to update tasks in real time, while the clear visibility into work history and preventive maintenance schedules helps teams stay proactive rather than reactive. The reporting tools are also valuable, providing actionable insights that support better decision-making and overall operational efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that accessing some of the more advanced settings took a bit longer than I would have preferred. Aside from that, though, I have no complaints. It truly is a fantastic product.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. After initial implemenation, it's been very easy to navigate through the system. The platform has been extremely helpful with scheduling not just PMs but also reactive jobs for my team.
Support from the MaintainX team has been phenominal, they are super responsive. Willing to help how they can and always friendly.
Lastly, I love how they are continuing to grow this platform and expand it to help meet the end-users needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only "negative" would be on us and not MaintainX. The system is originally designed for PM at a facility. We are using it for both PM and Reactive; and at this point we have WAY more reactive.
There were some intial modifications we had to do w/Maintain X to get over this small hump and they did a great job getting it us squared away.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've gone from 4-5 different spreadsheets, calendars and systems to now 2 to run our service department. It's been a tremendous aid with scheduling, making procedures, achiving manuals for machines. It's been a great asset in the few months that we've been using it.
I'm looking forward to really unleashing the potential we can have with this platform in 2026 to grow our service department!
