Maintain X is able to keep us up to date with all our machines and P.M. procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is an amazing way to submit work orders and keep track of them. It offers an easier way of organizing work orders and generating reports to study trends as time passes. It is also very user friendly and works very well when multiple work orders have to be submit weekly or even daily. Overall, we have had a great experience using MaintainX.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of currently, we have experienced no issues with MaintainX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is solving disorganization in allowing us to sort through work orders and keep track of them.
Best support team I have ever worked with on any/every platform in my entire career!!
What do you like best about the product?
The Implementation Specialist went above and beyond what we expected! Not only did Sam help us migrate from one CMMS program to Maintain X he was able to simplify it so much so, we completed it 8 weeks before our goal.

What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing so far but if I do find something I don't like, I know there is an entire team to help me fix or understand what I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to see KPI results in real time, whether it be for an employee on the Maintenance Team or the performance of a machine.
Great for managers who have a lot going on
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to track the operational and PM status of all our equipment, input work orders with our phones, and assign them to outside service providers. You can clone assets to input new units of the same type to expedite implementing new entries.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a lot of work to get all of your assets input with all the information required if you didn't have a great system before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us track our PM status, maintenance costs, frequencies of unplanned repairs, and what types of repairs are necessary.
The Gold Standard for Maintenance Software
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of MaintainX is the capability and ease of use. You are able to utilize the functions that work best for you, without having to dig through different settings. The program is as robust as you need it to be, and those changes are all in your hands, there is no need to contact support and wait for back-end changes to be made.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides!!! So far, MaintainX has been a boon for our maintenece department,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Order tracking, PM scheduling, and KPI reporting. The biggest benefit so far has been the insight for the maintenance department in regard to scheduling. They are much better now at scheduling work and prioritizing which work orders to tackle first
Simplifying Maintenance with Speed and Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how fast and flexible it is—everything is cloud-based, so I can access work orders and asset details from anywhere, whether I’m in the office or out in the field. The interface is quite intuitive, and the learning curve hasn't been difficult. It’s not just about speed; it’s about adaptability. The support system is excellent. I may make a few mistakes getting my head around concepts and processes, but the help system is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Work orders in calendar view don't align with my own logic. I would rather it appear on start date, not end date
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The solar farm industry from an asset perspective is an exceptionally large and repetitive structured system. The ability to form a hierarchical tree system and replicate it with mild modifications 30 times, based on locational divisions and site naming conventions has helped emulate the real-world assets well. This arrangement makes finding, querying, and assigning work to the right assets a breeze. Also enables generation of reports for Asset management companies and owners, seeking evidence of our company's effort to operate and maintain the solar farm correctly.
Excellent interface. New features added quickly. Responsive to feedback.

Interface is extremely user friendly. Work orders and Assets views self-explanatory. Customer support is great.

documentation management, multi-org management e.g. resource planning

Plan and track maintenance activities, with direct ties to individual assets.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly. Easy software. MaintainX takes on the majority of the data input, making implementation a breeze for the end user! Customer support throughout the process has been wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not come across anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using a spreadsheet to track everything and it required my maintenance team to be at their computer closing out work orders and creating work orders. The ease of MaintainX allows them to continue work while getting notifications. We also did not have follow up information sent to the requestors of work orders, now with maintainX, it is instant when a work order is closed out or updated.

Nothing, I like the soft ware and easy of tracking and the maintenance guys easy to pick up for them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no soft ware so helped with preventive maintenance tracking assets etc

The ease of use as well as its design
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the Parent Asset - Asset model is limited to only two layers of depth, as well as for the locations, plus the fact that the integration system with Zapier is quite limited.
