MaintainX is a great way to keep your facility compliant and organized !
What do you like best about the product?
Maintain X was very easy to set up and start using. The customer success team did a great job teaching my crew about some of the more advanced features. I really like the thumbnails for inventory, equipment and work orders, it helps provide visual cues for multilingual our workforce. We also like the purchase order module which is something we didn't have in our previous software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to export certain sets of data better. I have needed to provide a certain list of consumables to vendors in the past and there is no easy way to select the items and have them export cleanly in a format of our choosing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps track of the most recent inventory item pricing and where we ordered it from. Has a very advanced machine hierarchy that allows you to nest subordinate equipment under main equipment for ease of use. We like how pictures can be included in custom work order instructions so visual cues are available when employees are completing tasks (less mistakes are made).

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to easy create jobs, templates as well as inventory. I also like that I can associate QR codes to jobs, equipment and parts
What do you dislike about the product?
That I could not use my surface pro to scan QR codes, I would prefer to use my surface pro instead of my phone

Extremely Productive
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has made it much easier for us to schedule preventative maintenance for all our equipment. It also allows us to keep track of maintenance activities and parts used for our machinery. The platform is very user-friendly and straightforward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found no drawback and are very pleased with the software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely on MaintainX both for scheduling preventive maintenance and as a parts library to reference in the future.
I find Maintain X a great software and very easy to use

This tool is very user-friendly, and I appreciate how simple it is to add notes describing how a problem was resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any downsides when completing the transactions I need to do each day.

Best CMMS for medium to small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX allows you to use personal phones, tables, or computers to input work orders, track parts, or manage inventory. No need for special equipment or buying additional hardware. They really listen to the feedback from their customers and implement changes based on those feedback. The software is intuitive to use and does not need a long training session to become proficient in. You can really tailor the program to your company and use it the way you want not just what the developers had in mind. We use MaintainX every day and it was very easy to integrate our maintenance programs with the software. It allowed us to easily implement recurring maintenance while tracking occasional trouble calls. Whenever we have had an issue, the customer support team is there to assist us.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have options that are not available based on your company's purchase plan and level of service is dependent on which package plan you bought.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They really help to get the whole team focused on problems right away. It allows managers to track what people are working on and what issues have not been tended to. Creating follow up with the technicians and supply managers, creates better customer service and improves company standing which in turn creates more follow up work.

Easy to create work orders and Manage team remotely which is best . You can manage your whole team from just your phone or anywhere in the world .

No I always like thats my second company where I introduced maintainx
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to maintain all the equipments and decrease real down time and make much more smoother plant which increase our production and also decrease the cost of maintenance

The ease of use for mechanics is GREAT! The transition from our old software was seamless and the implementation team is awesome!

Features limited to only in Enterprise account

All around great tool that we added which helps simplify our day to day operations
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX makes it extremely easy to document our work and track progress. It simplifies the process of looking back at historical work orders and repair activities as well as building standard operating procedures to be implemented in the typical workflow. Customer service is also top notch, very helpful, and they are extremely responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major issues or concerns, we have a large portfolio of assets, so implementation was a bit time consuming, but the MaintainX team helped make it as smooth as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proper documentation and tracking of work orders and repair activities.

What do you like best about the product?
The service and the people . My account manager Morgan is always available and willing to answer any questions we may have . Sergio is a wizard and if by some small chance he doesn't know the answer or the fix you can rest assured he will find it. Also MaintainX has actual humans the answer questions on there live chat support which is so nice . I have never had to wait more then 3 min for someone to get back to me .
What do you dislike about the product?
That they wont do my job for me lol . Honestly there really isn't anything I can think off. Any issue that i come across Morgan and Sergio or the support center fix and fast .

The ability to track where all my assets are and reminders on when they may need recertifications or inspections is the biggest for me
