A multi-dimensional platform with support staff eager to adapt to their customer's needs!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of communicating work tasks with technicians with real-time updates and issuing of work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
More attention to be paid to the reporting tab, to allow admin users to fully analyze their maintenance activities and resource utilization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work order history and details. Centralized database to manage Maintenance operations. Live issuing of work orders and real-time updates from technicians on issues.

Ensure to perform a full trial before purchasing and implementing.
Exceptional experience, Easy to implement and manage
What do you like best about the product?
Functionality, ability to use off my cell phone. No lists to write, just take a photo, create a work order, its that easy. Inventory, and asset management is also improving our critical spares and knowing our minimums at a glance. Its all good for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs a little more information for mechanic utilization, but it is coming, so really not a bad thing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not just solving problems, its the ability to work on the fly in a live mobile environment. Helped us improve our uptime, plan projects, create predictive PM's, and daily tasks. The benefits make it a perfect fit for us as it helps us towards world class maintenance. For instance; this plant was operating just below 90% 9 months ago. We were making progress, but the biggest help was maintainx helping us drive the Preventive maintenance to the front and now operating at almost 75% proactive. It really works.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Many new things coming out, mechanic times on work orders, MTBF, also coming.

What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful support team. Software is constantly evolving and new features being added to improve it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like the ability to upgrade to pro functions on a piecemeal basis rather than having to upgrade every user to the full plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're logging problems and fixes that before we were never aware of and it's giving a lot of insight into repairs that are being carried out. It's also a useful tool to show staff productivity.
Simple and Functional
What do you like best about the product?
This software has all the functionality I need to keep my guys on schedule and working productively
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface and can take some getting used to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My crew members are more productive now that they have their schedule and work laid out in front of them from the simplicity of their mobile devices
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is an amazing program all around. I really enjoy the ease of real time communication with my staff as well as the tracking of work orders and parts. I also really enjoy that the MaintainX team is so easy to contact and respond very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only item that I dislike is the fact that the software does not, yet, offer a translation function. I have many of my staff that will be requestors, but they do not speak English well and it would be much easier for them to have it in Spanish and then send me the information in English. I have been informed by the MaintainX crew that they are working on this option so I hope to see this soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem that I have encountered so far is the option to have a Spanish version that can translate to English when the request is sent over to me.

This is great software for a maintenance team. It also works great for communications between team members and is a very affordable option.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to understand for new users. You have the freedom to input work orders quickly from your mobile device instead of waiting to get to a computer. Younger workers have a lot of expertise with mobile platforms and the interface allows them to transition seamlessly into being a part of the maintenance team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be easier to search for existing work orders to track historical data. I would like to be able to track when and what work was done on certain equipment. It can be done but it requires you to add every piece of equipment into your inventory and that is tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes submitting work orders much faster and I can assign them to certain staff members. The notifications allow work to be attended to quickly. I find that I do not forget about submitting work orders because I am less likely to be sidetracked by another task and lose focus on my submission.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you arent using some type of mobile software to assist your maintenance team, you are most likely delaying time in finding and correcting issues in your facility.
Great, easy to use app
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see in real time what tasks are being worked on no matter where you are.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing seems a bit steep for the functionality you get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of where work orders are in the shop and who is working on them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We are all still learning how to use it well. I takes some effort to learn how to integrate it into your work flow when you have never used a app like this before. The software does not directly integrate with any software.
Easy to use and versitile
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is use use and train others to use. Very intuitive. The development team has also been very easy to work with. Contacting us regularly with new features of the software and asking what they can do to make the software better for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it were easier to track cost for projects and repairs within the software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it for our brewpub and production facility and it has been very helpful coordinating issues between the 2 locations and multiple shifts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It;'s easy enough to set up and use, that the free trial is plenty of time evaluate the software. Definitely worth considering if you're in the market for maintenance tracking software.
Best maintenance solution I've come across to date!
What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly, and gets to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues so far. We love the app, and will continue to use it as long as it provides the features we require in our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to create maintenance requests and keep track of their progress in real time. It really helps to keep employees held accountable for work orders.

Best CMMS platform I have used in my 20+ years
What do you like best about the product?
This platform is very easy to use, it doesn't take too many steps to get to the information you need. It is well laid out and the customer service is awesome. I can send a message to C.S. and within the hour I have an answer, most of the others I had tried it would be days before a response. The mobile app is just as easy to navigate. This has made our maintenance program more efficient and we are able to see trends in the equipment and develop countermeasures to alleviate down time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar is one thing that disappoints. It is great at looking month by month. I wish that there was a way to look at it by the week and if there was an embedded print function instead of doing a screen shot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have realized how much we are gaining in capturing data for a historical look. We can see trends, we are able to visually see what is coming and make sure we have all the parts for that PM ahead of time. We are able to track special projects a whole lot better. We use to just use Excel to track all our maintenance activities this platform took us from the Stone age to the 21st century. The requester function allows anyone from sales to newest production employee to submit ideas or problems and track to see where that work order is in the process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have tried over 10 other platforms and this one is by far the easiest to use, and gives me everything I need to make our maintenance program run smoothly.
