Great tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool, best for me is I can use my phone and see outstanding work-orders from my phone anywhere on the plant, but a close 2nd is I can use my phone take a picture of issue, submit a work order from that location without having to return to the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
LOL, Only complaint would be having a do not disturb option when working on off schedule shifts or sleeping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem solved would be work orders are not getting lost or ignored, with Maintainx there is accountability of jobs to do and jobs done. Benefits are a lot better distribution of work orders, directed to where they need to go immediately.
INCREDIBLE USER FRIENDLY AND EASY TO AUTOMATE TASK
What do you like best about the product?
Our organization enjoys how user friendly the software is along with its long list of capabilities. The support from the team at MaintainX is incredible too.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish there was a function to enter past data on the meter readings in the event one was entered incorrectly or needs to be back dated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are organizing all the task at hand and keeping track of all inventory. MaintainX makes it so easy to assign inventory to work orders and keep track of cost for each of our assets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the research to find software that fits your organization and offers great support. There are many questions in the beginning.
Super productive App for our Maintenance Team.
What do you like best about the product?
We have used MaintainX for a few months now and it has helped make our Maintenance Team way more productive. The ability to prioritize work orders has helped keep our resort functioning efficiently. The ability to add pictures is a huge help when the front desk or a housekeeper adds a work request. Overall it has been the perfect app to take us from an inefficient dry erase board to the digital age. Highly recommend MaintainX for lodging properties. I just wish we would have started using it sooner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I can think of is that they charge by the user and we would like more occasional users added but dont want to pay for each one of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our repairs and maintenance has been great for productivity.

Easy to understand the app, makes communicating work orders fast and easy, convenient and simple.

No downsides to this app that I've seen.

Communicating work orders quickly, saves time and money, avoids any confusion. Provides a quick reference to see who was assigned and completed the work order.

Meets all my needs for business effectively, highly recommended.

The ability to keep track of all information regarding to a specific task and I can go through and select what tasks I want to do or need to do based on the timeline

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use. trouble free and relevant to what we are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing. It has been a great experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication, preventing late or undone work. History and cost. The benefits of this system are: easy to use, easy to track, instant notification of failures and live environment of working tasks, creating work orders and communication between memebers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have the right leadership in place who understands the principles of maintenance best practices and uses these to implement this great system
Great software for SOPs, WO, and PMs
What do you like best about the product?
The abilty to communicate within the software, I also love the parts tracking feature that allows us to create a WO, asign it to an asset and the add a part to the WO and it automatically removes that part from inventory and will send an update email telling us when we get below our set minimum of that part.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to silence the phone app for certain times. When we have multiple shift working it will get notifications from them at home. I can silence the app, but that is for as long as I want until I turn it back on. I would love to set up a shift schedule that would only allow notifications when during that time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has really helped us stay on track with open work orders and see what hold ups we are getting. Also allowed us to see upcoming PMs to help prepare for them as well as track parts for those PMs
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is well worth it, it greatly help productivity and tracking of what is being serviced most/least

Iqbal - has been a huge help to me! I'm a new business owner and my goal was to go paperless. I love Maintain X

At the start I needed to learn a lot but once I learned it has been fantastic!

Best Maintenance App
What do you like best about the product?
So user friendly very easy to navigate through the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t ran into anything I don’t like yet!

Great response time, we are getting all our work orders completed and scheduled accurately.
Excellent Maintenance App for Fleets
What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use navigation is mobile-friendly and quick. Pricing is reasonable as well. It's a nimble app that does not try to be everything to everyone so if you are looking for a very broad feature set, this may not be what you are looking for. For us, it handles a basic maintenance workflow very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot think of a thing. We've been using this app now a couple of years and they've regularly made improvements that have enhanced its value to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to put together a very good workflow to deal with fleet maintenance. The app has been readily adopted by mechanics, drivers and managers.
