What do you like best about the product?
I like how things get prioritized and not put on the back burner for too long.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I dislike anything about this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing our maintenance request and work orders better than we ever have using MaintainX.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for more organization and tired of request getting lost in email then this for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps us track our repairs and the progress on them. Tying the repairs and costs of the repairs is extremely helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
When completing audits (made w/ procedures), reporting on findings is difficult but not more than other services we've tried using
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Minimizes lack of communication in regards to whether work is being completed on a repair or not.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Contact support to upload users, assets, etc. They are super helpful and will upload them for you rather than doing each one individually.

Effective at keeping things organized!

What do you like best about the product?
Our company likes how efficient and detail-oriented MaintainX is. There is so much offered and the representatives have been so helpful in teaching us the ins and outs of the program so we can benefit fully from it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much we dislike. The only thing I wish was that the requesters had just a tiny bit more power to see but not edit. Some employees here don't need full access but would like to see the status of the work order they submitted to keep the tenant up to date on the status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coming from a system where hard copy work orders were created and needed to be picked up in the office, this is a huge upgrade. The men out in the field no longer have to leave a complex to come back and get the paper just to go back to the same complex. Everything is done digitally, seamlessly, and much more green than our previous system!
We are also glad that we can keep tract of inventory and document with pictures to store in the location so if we have a reoccuring issue it is documented appropriatly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Analyze what features you need each member of your staff to have and place them accordingly into a roll (requestor, full user or admin). And reach out to customer service for a walk-through. We played around with the site before doing this and didn't realize how much of MaintainX's potential we were missing out on!

What do you like best about the product?
It is a friendly software and has been a valuable tool for following up on our Maintenance Program and Work Orders. I use the "Reporting" information for tracking our Maintenance KPIs.
The Tech Support is what I was looking for. I can ask for support with a click under the MaintainX platform, and I have received excellent attention and follow-up to my doubts and requests. The Account Manager is helpful and attentive to us.
We use the license every day; it is our daily work guide. In each audit, we are congratulated on our MaintainX license and the good follow-up of our Work Orders.
When a new member joins the Maintenance team, their integration into the MaintainX platform for executing Work Orders and searching for spare parts is very quick. It's an easy-to-implement tool in every way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to say about MaintainX. Since the first time I used the license, we have grown as a service department. I have recommended it to colleagues from other companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before the MaintainX, we did not follow the Maintenance requests systemically, and there were many overdue and pending jobs to do. We had a process of printed pictures and an Excel file to follow up on our Corrective Maintenance, and we were lost in tracking tasks. We also do not have a Parts Inventory which means we have wasted a lot of time on repairs. We were lost in monitoring the Preventive Maintenance of our assets and were unaware of their health.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very useful tool and I fully recommend it. I have tried another CMMS licences and I like this in all its aspects.

I'm a carpenter and sometimes it did not aow for carpentry tools
