Maintain X review
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ability to set up schedules/reminders for PM's, asset tracking is also a very good feature
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, it exceeded my expectations. If anything, the layout and locations could be a bit easier to find, but once found it worked with no issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of preventive maintenance schedules and unscheduled downtime
Effortless to Use with Seamless Real-Time Sync
What do you like best about the product?
The platform stands out for its ease of use and the ability to provide real-time updates across multiple devices, which has been incredibly helpful. Implementation was straightforward, and the support received during integration and go-live was excellent. Both Tommy and Mary were exceptionally professional and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I plan to reach out to our Executive Leadership to share our positive experience, with the hope that MaintainX will become our company's chosen CMMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up to now, I haven't encountered any issues—the program has been excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a real-time CMMS that enables seamless communication throughout the maintenance department is highly beneficial.
Centralized Data Powers Decisions—Accuracy Depends on Team Input
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is only as effective as the quality of information you provide. I appreciate that it serves as a centralized hub for all machine data. What has been most valuable to me, though, is the ability to access historical records of machine downtime. This feature recently enabled me to justify buying a new machine by showing the total downtime experienced by machines in that department. Tomorrow, I’m taking the next significant step by starting to integrate wireless sensors for real-time data collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of data analysis depends entirely on the reliability of the data itself. While this isn't an issue with MaintainX, it's important to remember that you need to rely on your own team to ensure that the data is entered accurately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My role with the company is expanding, meaning that I am helping other sites within my organization to repair or replace their machines. MaintainX allows my company to view assets in various locations across the entire corporation, lookup repair history and track expenses. It is helping me to make better decision regarding particular vendors or when it is time to replace a machine.
Excellent Support and Customization, with a Manageable Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I have found that they have very good customer support. I had a good experience with sales, customer on-boarding and after. They are also shown flexiblity to customize their solutions to meet our needs in a better manner.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is (as expected) some learning curve for myself and others within our company. We have not yet tried to integrate this with other applications like our accounting system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the software to organize and plan our preventative maintenance and small scale capital projects. We are finding this software helpful in doing this.

its easy to use, Ease of Integration. fast to get work orders complete.

Awesome Support and Features, Customization Could Be Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Like all that you can do, and the support is awesome. It was very easy to setup for other areas to ask for requests. Other areas within the business are using it alot

Wish it was a little easier to customize for my workplace

It is making it much easier to manage our task on PMs and assets

What do you like best about the product?
So far, I’m really impressed with the features that Maintain X offers. The platform is very user-friendly, making it easy to navigate. Our implementation process went as smoothly as possible, thanks to the support we received. Evan Wener was always available to answer any questions we had, which made a big difference. We’re just getting started and haven’t explored the platform fully yet, but I plan to return and provide an update. Thanks to the Maintain X team!
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there isn't anything I dislike. However, I will definitely return to provide an update if that changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping record of maintenance. Starting inventory on parts. Also, identifying breakdown trends and overall asset's health.
MaintainX: User-Friendly on Mobile and Admin Sides
What do you like best about the product?
Foe me coming from a different CMMS,MaintainX seems to be more user friendly on mobile and admin side

At this time i like everting about MaintainX

Just completed implementation, no issues.
Easily integrated and high value software. Great customer support.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the reporting feature and how simple it is to create reports on various items, including uptime and downtime. It was easy to integrate with our 13 sites and has become something we use constantly! Their customer support has been quick to address any issues we had. Implementation was a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were an option to input specific production run hours, so that the system could calculate actual downtime and uptime, rather than assuming a continuous 24-hour day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has solved our issues with parts inventory tracking and asset performance tracking.
It is a very comprehensive platform.

Speed, which is moldable, which adapts to most needs

Once configured, it is very time-consuming to make changes.
