True Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
This program is a full-featured task manager second to none. I run the Maintenance Dept. for a global chemical company, and we would be lost without MaintainX. There are so many features that are great to have a standalone entity yet also work with each other. Asset list to keep log all your equipment and Parts inventory to track in-stock parts, reorder points, and what jobs the parts were used on are just a few. This program also has a reporting function that is a historical dashboard of work done, money spent, and many other metrics. Work orders and Repeating Preventative Maintenance work orders are the meat and potatoes for my organization. NO more paper that needs to be maintained or could be lost. All work is stored in the cloud and searchable in many different ways. PM work orders populate themselves on their own within the time frame you set it up for (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.). If you're even the slightest bit curious about becoming more organized, I highly recommend signing up for a free trial and seeing what this powerful tool can do for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that comes to mind for dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, scheduling, and accountability. Using repeating work orders as an example, we now have our PMs scheduled well in advance and fed to us via MaintainX. In the past, it was print out a bunch of paper forms and research when it was last completed on the excel spreadsheet created to track those dates. Then assign out the work.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like as a Busines with MaintainX are all the design elements it has that make keeping up with your Restaurant for all future and even past items needed at all times the simplest of all our daily jobs. With all the features the work orders have, it makes doing business run at the top level for all who use it in our company from all levels of the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a thing I do not like with the MaintainX app. I have grown to love it and continue to find it more and more helpful each day that we use it here at Premier Kings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep up with over 40 Restaurants 7 days a week. Having the MaintainX app has made all of our jobs here much more organized and easier to manage. This program is one of the best programs we could have ever switched to using.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MaintainX is the best for keeping work orders for a moving Maintenace Restaurant Team organized and efficient. They have the best parts Inventory I have ever used and make keeping up with what you need to order simple and easy.
MaintainX has completely changed the way we get work done for the better!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use on mobile devices is a huge benefit. Easy communication with the team. Asset management is a huge help to store all data related to items, inspection docs, user manuals, all in one place on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be a feature I dont know about yet, but I'd like to have a public work order form on my website for tenants to fill out and not have to give them an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking is the biggest problem we're able to solve. Our campus is 21 buildings and there's just too many things to do without some sort of easy, referencable tracking system. The biggest thing we've been able to do is start PM schedules on our systems, which allows us to catch problems before they cost way more. Just getting stuff done and seeing it checked off gives me and the rest of the leadership team peace of mind.

I originally got the app to schedule preventive maintenance . I didn't expect for this to have such a positive impact on th condition of our assets and the overall coordination of our whole maintenance dept.

Get creative. Utilize every feature
Not only is MaintainX very user friendly, it has helped our company tremendously!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to look up an asset and easily view work orders ( open and closed orders), and keep track of when machines are due for maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't had any issues or problems come up. At this point there isn't anything we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now that we have MaintainX, we can keep track of how many hours are on each machine; therefore, our preventative maintenance is getting done on time, and we have had fewer machine breakdowns.

Highly recommend MaintainX if you need help keeping up with your inventory, maintaining your assets, or help to keep up with work orders. You can use MaintainX on your smartphone, iPad, or laptop.

It does allow for exporting data into Excel and CSV. I would like to see more pdf format options to export.

We are managing PM for all equipment and additional tasks for the maintenance team. The ease MaintainX allows within a quality audit.
