What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface, core functionalities are great and excellent customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited asset hierarchy setup and rigidity in reporting options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No major problem, MaintainX has helped us greatly keeping track of our inventories and operations.

What do you like best about the product?
Frankly, the clean, simple user interface of MaintainX makes it such a wonderful experience. Mundane tasks are now somewhat fun due to the animations and clean look of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not too much I dislike about this. If anything, I would prefer to have a discounted price for Full Users. Paying full price for administrators is understandable, but if Full Users could have a discount, that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solves so many problems-- from scheduled recurring work orders for periodic maintenance to having a detailed asset list. My favorite feature is the parts inventory, and how parts can be attached to assets and used in work orders, which automatically updated the inventory.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is definitely worthwhile.

What do you like best about the product?
The app is so easy to use. Creating scheduled tasks and procedures took minimal time and effort. We have almost eliminated all paperwork and now have complete control of our maintenance spares inventory. All the maintenance technicians have bought into it and are really impressed at how it has made day to day maintenance record keeping so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about the app and desktop version. It would be nice to see the Workstation Module become available on the Premium option as I found this very useful. There is a big jump in price between Premium and Enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Record keeping has been an issue in the business for many years. The regulatory requirements were not being met, which was leading to the company performing poorly in auditing situations. MaintainX has solved this problem. Also, it has transformed the way we do our day-to-day maintenance tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Trial it! Get the guys who will be using it daily to test it for a month. You won't regret it.

What do you like best about the product?
The mobile application being full-featured, I have all the power of the desktop, at the finger tips
What do you dislike about the product?
Photos, are slow to upload, and if you turn your phone or device the photos are not cached and you have to retake the photos and re upload
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our lack of consistency where the format of old WO's was just a piece of paper. The automation of repeating work orders

What do you like best about the product?
I like having the ability to take pictures of an issue and draw on them to pinpoint the problem. Taking pictures saves time for maintenance technicians since they don't have to ask too many manager questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing to dislike. Between the PC and mobile applications, it has been potent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving all of our maintenance issues with the building. We also include machine repairs, conveyor repairs, machine calibrations, semi and annual functional test of fire systems, etc. All data is stored in one place from labor to parts to procedures and more.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the work order and asset management system. I am putting an invoice for a specific work order conveniently for data entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having functioning time filters on my word order dashboard. I would like to filter out work orders by "time".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work orders have been documented in a more thorough manner than before, with actual "time of work" for each work order.

What do you like best about the product?
Before we introduced maintain x in the organization, there was a lack of tracking of assets, and the company had a lot of expenses in asset maintenance before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Closed off (DONE) work order all in one place - can sort into their due dates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tracking and monitoring preventative maintenance on all assets. All checks are done on due dates and well observed on the reports

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to impliment and team at MaintainX was great to work with
What do you dislike about the product?
It's great software and as simple or complicated as you make it. Not much negative to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to efficiently plan our preventive maintenance and easily keep track of reactive maintenance, as well as track tech time & down time.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. The customer service is great, and they're quick to customize features for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there isn't a good way to sort W/O by time spent on them. IoT isn't set up yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My techs have pictures, manuals, and parts lists at their fingertips.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for all our our employees, Partner companies to use, execute their WO's into the right person to complete them!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app does not have all the functions of the desktop app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem solved is that any employee can request WO's, and our Maintenance staff can communicate back that they are working to resolve their request
