Simple, Use on Any Device
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive App and easy to add new data. Easy to add new assets and locations from the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vendors could use more fields. Purchase orders need a place to add reference numbers other than the notes section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me track each asset across all departments of the company.

The software is simple and easy for everyone to use from the administrators to the doers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the detail you can add and how I can communicate within the app with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish you would come out with tracking to go with the program so I don't have to use another app for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve all kinds of daily issues on our properties. It allows me to see what needs to be done and make sure I follow up to get the job done promptly.

Great tools to help keep in touch with your team while they are out in the field as your eyes and ears.

Having to wait for the boss to approve the purchase!

Our company was behind on asset tracking and PM scheduling. Having the system for even a short time has helped get it all back on track.

Being able to correspond with colleages and have all the tools I need in one app.

If there is, I don't know about it, but I would like to disable notifications when I'm off.

We are communicating across the shifts at the job that my coworkers and I are knowledgeable of what is going on in the plant.

MaintainX is so customizable and supports our business asset and maintenance needs perfectly
What do you like best about the product?
The program is user friendly, flexible, easy to navigate and filters down the required information and has great customisable features to make it truly unique. Available for use in both the desktop and mobile app form, which enables team members to stay contemporaneously in touch with facility status and upcoming requirements where ever they may be at the time of notification.
What do you dislike about the product?
Genuinely NO issues experienced so far, and we have invested all of our ongoing maintainenance and asset data management requirements and compliance certification with the MaintainX system - I personally in putted the required base data when initially building and commissioning the system and generally utilise the program each day in one way or another. I have not experienced any problems, outages, failures or bugs which have impacted serviceability. This is really reassuring during critical events when urgent access is required to important asset and maintenance information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assists the facility's asset management requirements, organizes and alerts to our PM & RM maintenance needs to ensure we remain up-to-date and fully compliant. The program generates the required Work Orders by pulling the needed data from our vendor and asset database. Improves overall reliability and efficiency of the facility's maintenance requirements, which in turn saves allocated team members' time, which has resulted with a significant improvement to the level of staff and vendor satisfaction. This solution has significantly enabled us to avoid unneccessary, unplanned and wasteful expediture, and when left unchecked creates a sigificant impact to the overall budget performance. End users are provided with the ability to instantly and easily report their identified maintenance issues as they arise and are then able to easily follow their requests through the approval and execution process and then monitor in 'real time' the progress and solutions implemented.

Some formatting but I understand why it is why it is.

Asset and site maintence. Both breakdown and scheduled.

It is very adaptable, and the support has been fantastic. We have had our version modified a couple of times to suit our business better.

Not had much use out of the messaging system yet, but it is early days.

We are finding certain assets are costing more than expected, which enables us to work out where budgets for replacements should be spent.

some hard to check for the parts in part inventory

before it was difficult to remember work order when there would a lot and also needed to store paper documents when in the maintainx is too easy to get all in one.
