    Packaging and Containers

Easy to use and useful to keep track of work getting done

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep track of all the machines and parts you have in your business. The ease of use when creating work orders and monitoring machines is also really nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about MaintainX, I haven't used it enough to find anything major. If anything becomes an issue, I am sure I can get a hold of someone to help fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to monitor and keep track of maintenance to see if they are doing what they are supposed to and if any problems that come with maintenance. We are hoping this will solve our maintenance issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping track of work to be done is what I like best. From who ? What ? When ? Where ? Why ? and anything and everything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
The list layout of work orders is not customizable. Not able to sort by location in app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is solving our problem of issues being reported but not resolved. Requests are being fulfilled in a timely manner since they aren't forgotten.

What do you like best about the product?
Never experienced any downtime or issues
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot accept work requests via email. Only via a portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of staff work requests for a facilities department on a large campus. The assets feature is great at tracking a history of appliance and facility repairs.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and intuitive. Can be accessed via mobile app as well as desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't used it long enough to establish any negative opinions.

We needed an app that would help us document and track property repair workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
All my documents in one location at the touch of a button. Saves trees as documents are electronic and stored electronically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about MaintainX

Ease of access to important documents that I use daily. I am able to log procedures and have proof if needed that certain procedures were perform. Helps keep track of daily, monthly, quarterly, etc procedures

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping a complete record of what is used by maintenance and parts in our warehouse.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more online information and instructions available. Having to contact for every question gets a bit tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of repairs, needs, and parts.

The organization of this program is great. The communication of the program is amazing as well. Easy to use. I could go on and on makes work a lot easier.

I wish they reporting would go longer than six months.

Very good app to have at our mechanics fingertips

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for field supervisors to issue requests real-time. Mechanics to see that and start process of repair.
What do you dislike about the product?
Field search-ability. There are crucial fields on our processes that ar not searchable.

What do you like best about the product?
When I was tasked to find a CMMS to replace our home-brewed system, the choices seemed daunting.MaintainX stood out early in my research as it checked most of my boxes:
1. Well-regarded mobile app for both iOS and Android
2. Had a request portal that could be made available to those who are more comfortable using a desktop computer and could be linked from our employee resource webpage
3. As a small, less-than-50-people-work-here, non-Fortune-500 company I didn't want it to cost an arm and a leg, because I had quickly determined that most of the free CMMS offerings did not have the features I was looking for.

After a couple of days of working on it to add assets and users, it was an easy roll-out that employees have responded positively to. Definitely an upgrade.

What it does well for us:
-Clean, intuitive interface
-Keeps track of all of our maintenance data in the cloud
-Allows for easy management of requests whether they are recurring or reactive
-Allows everyone on our maintenance team to get a good sense of work load at a glance and scheduled items coming up
-Allows procedures to be created that can be attached to the work order, including a sign-off, increasing accountability

We have been very happy with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to complain about but here are my dislikes:
-The mobile app does not automatically refresh. That means that as data changes, it will not be reflected in the app or even on the website until you refresh either of them.
-The parts system is too robust for my needs. I wish I could add a part to a work order and not have to add it to an inventory and have to pull it from there.
-No dark mode.

- work requests and work orders in a stream-lined package
- asset maintenance tracking in terms of frequency and cost
- a CMMS that doesn't have to exist on our network infrastructure or be fixed by us
- communications about the status of work orders within our team
