Great Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is a great tool to consolidate all of our business’s maintenance needs. Communication, creation of work order, resolving time, ability to clock in time used to complete work order, etc have all been amazing! Thank you MaintainX for helping our business solve its issues in a timely and easy manner!
What do you dislike about the product?
With the communication aspect, as far as comments on work orders go, it doesn't seem that there are notifications for it. It would make it a lot easier to communicate if you didn't have to check the app as frequently for updates etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of general maintenance related problems as well as work specific problems. Examples include paint chipping or an arcade game not working. With MaintainX, business performance has been off the charts and our personal business reviews have been amazing because of this tool!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of work orders and it is very easy to be lost we the invoices. MaintainX help us a lot in this aspect
MaintainX to the Rescue
What do you like best about the product?
We found it equally as useful to put our operational checks onto MaintainX in addition to utilizing it as the maintenance power tool that it is. Had this system up and running in time for a major audit and the auditor was impressed with how MaintainX was simple and easy to follow plus the operability of the system to house so much detailed information. Employees enjoy using the system because it's simple, it's mobile and makes their lives a lot simpler and their workflow very accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about the system. The only thing that I can see to improve upon is the ability to have secondary signatures in place that can be signed off after the due date that won't tag the work order as being late simply because a secondary user re-opened the work order to sign it.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is most definitely what I like most about MaintainX. With over 20 years of experience working with different CMMS, I found the user interface and setup to be extremely simple. Not only for me but for my staff of maintenance and facility technicians as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of as a dislike is not having the ability to schedule work orders from a calendar view and the ability to review specific technicians' calendar schedules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has given us the ability to effectively and efficiently track all of our assets, spare parts inventory and customer ticketing system. MaintainX's reporting tools provide instant data for us to make smart decisions when it comes to managing individual assets.

Communication between all sectors of business is so much smoother now. I can get a request and review straight away as oppose to tracking people down or missing something myself
set up was easy, support is very easy to reach!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create accountability within our business, easy setup and quick to respond support team never leave me hanging, our equipment has never been in better condition due to a preventative maintenance plan I was able to implement!

Some more reporting features and maybe and option for a dollar amount on the meters

Helping us with keeping up with our equipment and reminding us of what needs to be done
Intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
All parts can be cataloged and binned easily with a barcode system. MaintainX can track all your inventory, link it to relevant assets and equipment, and attach vendors to reorder from.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides really, but you get out of it what you put into it. Re-working your existing parts management system (digitized or not) will be time-consuming to set up. There's no way around that really, although if you do have spreadsheets or documents already, the MaintainX staff can import them for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we didn't reliably know what parts we still had in stock, risking the possibility of downtime on critical equipment while waiting for shipments. Now we can check the entire stock room easily to guarantee minimum quantities are being stocked always.
