Very user friendly system
What do you like best about the product?
I love that this system is so user-friendly. The help and support of the Maintain X staff have been excellent. The ease of adding information is fantastic.
I am looking forward to finally having a well-rounded system to be able to track costs and inventory

What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the filters is posing to be a little tricky. However, the Maintain X team is excellent to work with, and I am sure we can get this figured out. They are very responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Truly the ease of use is the biggest problem we had. We did not have an inventory set up before due to the struggles of setting it up. With Maintain X this will be much easier.
Outstanding CMMS Program
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is a very modern device-friendly system that does not just modernize the CMMS system and makes is device friendly, but it does it in a way that even the most tech unsavvy technician can quickly master

What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, both my technicians and I have found very little we dislike about the new program
The only thing I would change at this point would be many of the screens don't refresh automatically when changes are made however, I'm told this is being addressed

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire system is so straightforward to use and collect data that, unlike other systems, my crew is providing me with rock-solid numbers on the cost of parts and labor hours

Quick and easy to use service that has a variety of applications in my workplace.
What do you like best about the product?
The inventory system is great. Simple to use and has many different options. I am using it for not a typical case of tracking costumes, props, and set pieces for a theater company which I do not feel was an initial use case scenario, but the system fit very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating around the mobile app menus is sometimes a bit cumbersome. You eventually get what you need but it occasionally feels like you took the long road to grandma's house to get there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to search and track our props, costume and set inventories from our computers and keep track of items that are rented out and very easily return them when they come back.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is a growing software; new features were released as implementation was ongoing. MaintainX is user-friendly, and the implementation process was simple. The account management team ensures that MaintainX is meeting your unique needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no direct downsides to using MaintainX. All issues we have had have been addressed, or solutions are being considered for future releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX allows us to standardize and digitize our maintenance process. This is preferred for our business, as it allows us the option to integrate with other systems and to feel secure about growth.
Maintain X is a great SaaS Equipment Maintenance App
What do you like best about the product?
It saves time and removes our old paper trail method of equipment assets and work order maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some options are still in the process of improvement from their engineering team but they never stop taking our feed back to get their app even more better and efficient for future updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all our equipment assets in one place with QR codes generated for every machine for tracking.
Great for any company
What do you like best about the product?
I like the MX is very flexible in what it can do for your business with its different forms, procedures, time tracking, teams, and more. The ability to make comments and track progress on work orders is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I wish we could change is the layout of some procedures, I wish there was a way to modify procedures in a custom way in order to fit certain requests properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MX is allowing communication to be done between employees about maintenance and work duties. The ability to add photos, documents, etc allows us to not forget a single detail.
Very easy and organized

MaintainX put all of our manual maintenance records into one, easy to access, location where key employees can communicate and initiate needs.

So far, everything works perfectly as we expected.

MaintainX is keeping our maintenance department on task and simply tracks completed PM's

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can organize my day by priority; I don't have to listen out for a walkie-talkie or make sure the channel doesn't switch. The best part is you can give/get detailed pictures

I don't dislike anything so far, but i haven't been using it that long

It's solving problems of things not being fixed because a call was missed or didn't go through. It allows you to see the issue before you get there

Unable to put full part numbers in pm completion for product used(example) hydraulic filters
