The best maintenance program by far.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and my Maintenance Staff love seeing their progress and completion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the useful features aren't easy to find. Like documenting serial numbers and such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cohesion of maintenance progress, what was ordered , what is needed, part numbers , prices, vendors.

I have more than 35 years in Maintenace, and this is the best platform I have ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
I can use this for Multiple sites and customize so very much of the platform. It has everything I need from scheduling purchasing and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want a little more customization for Purchase order notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I rely on the last updated function on my dashboard. This helps everyone keep up with the latest updates on work progress for more extended repairs.
Intuitive Maintenance Management System
What do you like best about the product?
I was looking for a CMMS that was very intuitive and Mobile native. Other systems I used in the past were terrible on the mobile side. MaintainX is a very nice mobile platform for technicians, with an even better desktop app for administration
I also really liked how they allowed full use of the app for an extended period to test it before purchasing. Otherwise, I needed a simple way to track various types of work requests across multiple campuses.
MaintainX does all these things well and is easy for the technicians to learn to use, even without training. Customer service has been very helpful in the few instances when I needed guidance.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides yet. As a small non-profit organization, the price per full user is higher than I would like but is competitive within the industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an efficient way to manage, track, and assign work within the facilities maintenance and logistics organization. It provides an easy platform for users to view, update, and log work orders from their mobile devices.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to communicate, in app, about the status of a work order is invaluable. I'd love to see a chin-of-custody feature that is relayed to the requestor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requestors really want their work orders to be high priority. Having an internal and external priority designation might be confusing, but it might help to keep people happy while giving a clearer picture of what is actually going on internally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication has dramatically improved in the organization.

The App is useful in the sense for the business I work for in that it is an excellent way for communication between offices when I'm not at the site, and issues need addressed!
What do you dislike about the product?
With our uses, I really haven't found those dislikes yet. The App offers a lot of information to provide to management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MainintainX definitely provides critical information between offices for day to day operations. Maintenance issues and building repairs, leading to better conditions within the offices.

Enjoy that i am able to see whats going on when i am out of office.

Wish it was easier to use on our tablets.

The user interface is very familiar and intuitive. Ability to create, access and track work orders and procedures all in one phone based app.

So far, not much! Direct access to a desktop camera would be beneficial for entering parts into inventory.
You have to exit say, parts inventory, then go back into it to see your updates have taken place.

All of our work flow. Writing procedures, generating work orders, parts inventory, communication across different parts of the business.
I feel we are keeping track of what has been done and it gives us a plan to follow for our work.

Being able to keep track of all our equipment and when they need service

Not being able to shuffle things around on the calendar more easily. Drag and drop

Nothing really, it is all good. Everything works together & let you know everything.
