Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Great experience using MaintainX, taking a facility from having NO cmms program at all, to fully utilizing all the great, easy set up and features they have available, great that everything is in real time on the desk tops and mobile devices
What do you dislike about the product?
No real dislikes, simple easy to use no problems experienced
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great tracking, via work orders , PM's and great reporting features, it's nice having pictures, manuals and everything else at your fingertips

Tech's can use their phone to make and to complete work orders
What do you dislike about the product?
We are 8 months into the implementation and have not found anything that we don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were not using a CMMS, and things were being overlooked, now we have documented reminders
Pleasant User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to add pictures to everything

I did not find anything disagreeable about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary benefit has been the ability to track reoccurring needs. It has also been helpful when an obscure break from last year happens again, I can pull up the work order or inventory to find out what part was used.
Ease of use, receptive and great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard gives a great overview. Easy to add work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my use it's the assets. They are not necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we do not have any problems.
Outstanding App for any business
What do you like best about the product?
As a Building and supply manager I am able to keep our growing PT family of clinics organized to supplies needing ordered,outside/inside maintenance work ect. All through simple work orders in instant!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only negative is I wish requestors were able to complete checklists. We have our CD's in each clinic as full users but get busy to do checklists that our aides are able to do but can't without using our CD's ipad to help them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to put my clinics in an organized and timely manner by helping to see what work orders I can prioritize from low to high. So I can be able to complete urgent requests fast then a low one that can wait.
Very intuitive and easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it can expand as you go. If you are trying to search for a function that doesn't exist, it will allow you to create it on the fly and immediately attach it. No backtracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few little things that you have to get used to. Nothing major that comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintainx offers me a solution to reports that need to be generated to satisfy certain DEQ requirements regarding equipment maintenance and timelines that must be met.
Working from scratch
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly and easy to navigate from one plant to another to their information and work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it had a way to print W/O out instead of downloading to computer.

Maintain X solves old handwritten W/O to digital format and gives me accurate data.
MX (how we call it) re-organised our work
What do you like best about the product?
Our company fixes boats.
I've been using MX for over a year and step by step improved and technically learned how to obtain the best.
I found it the most complete with app, macosx app and browser, this updated at the second, never more, never had issues like clone works or other annoying bugs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Two things actually
1) the admin must be able to make comments which are hidden from the rest of the team (for instance prices)
2) the full version is too expensive for us

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can program the works, writing what the team has to do, which one of the team is called in and checkboxes which helps them to keep track.

We used COGZ before we signed up with MX. I wish we had done it sooner.
What do you like best about the product?
How fast and easy it was to learn and use the app. Especially its functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some hiccups with the migration of materials when we 1st started, but that was quickly ironed out. Not much else to note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory is now a breeze compared to what we had to deal with prior to having it. Time saver to the 10th degree.
It is simple and I love all the reporting features that keep us on track!

I love that we can upload photos with the work order descriptions.

I honestly haven't found anything I've disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When to purchase new appliances by keeping track of what we've spent in maintenance and placing priority on all work orders for our maintenance department.
