N/A, Since we have been using the system, I have not had one issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I first accepted this position at the Church, everything was done by word of mouth and scraps of paper. MAintainX has given me a simple, easy-to-use and understandable way to track our work and communicate costs and work performed.
The Pastors like it for the ease of submitting a W/O for the work they need and the communication it provides.

What do you like best about the product?
I worked for a service contractor who implemented maintain X. When I left that company and started my new job at a facility, I Immediately saw the need for maintain X. Thankfully we have it here too !
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I can complain about a thing !
If I was forced to choose it would be to have more options with the priority of work orders. Not just medium, high, ect ect

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are allowing the facility I work at to track maintenance and work being done on various locations and equipment. The time savings do to the phone app is awesome!
Easy to use, great for tracking work requests
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX makes it very east to track Work Orders from request to completion
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have better notifications and reminders about overdue items, and about work requests that have not been approved yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to create a traceable record of break / fix items for out school. Very easy for Admin and Faculty at the school to request repairs

I am new to my company, and they previously had nothing in any way of records of anything. We are developing a P.M. program and recording data on repairs done
Real Time Work Order Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track work order status in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to create a Team view of work orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction of paperwork being sent to our Maintenance Manager and time-saving work order tracking.
MaintainX is a great program that help with down time downtime tracking and eliminates paper logs.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use format online or on a mobile device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the MaintainX team allow text notifications for new created work orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory logs are now a thing of the past, a few clicks, and I know how I have the number of a particular part.
A Maintenance Program that Does MORE
What do you like best about the product?
It's my "one stop shop". I issue Purchase Orders with custom ID numbers, I maintain the inventory and assign it to repairs, I schedule maintenance and track trends. AND I can comment on work orders, adding electronic documents and pics to them at the time, or any time afterwards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting for a "request for quotation" function of the purchase order section... seriously, it's a tiny thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manuals, pictures, parts inventory, scheduler, proceedures... all as close as your phone or your desktop, or both at the same time. And all in one place. No searching download folders, and google documents, it's ALL. RIGHT. THERE.

Easy to setup, easy to maintain and cost effective
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to quickly add work orders, including scheduling, priorities and also categorise the work order, this is great for reporting back later on. Also the ability for colleagues to request jobs them selves with approval required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little, perhaps being able to have automated reporting would be good, or MTBF included without the enterprise addition. All in all very happy with MaintainX and wouldn't change much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX enables us to track each job carried out by our maintenance team, from project work to breakdowns, including all parts used. This gives us great insight into where we are spending our time and money
MaintainX CMMS taking the Guess work out of Plant Management.
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of platform access and functionality across platforms is excellent. I can complete my daily team management from my smartphone out in the plant or the office on my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very occasionally, the app will crash while uploading photographs using the smartphone camera, this may well be a device issue though as my field engineers have not raised this issue with me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest immediate benefit of MaintainX has been the ability to track all open and ongoing job tickets as well as implementing a robust Planned Preventive Maintenance schedule.
