Simple To Setup, Simple To Use.
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX provides a really simple communication tool for our team to raise a flag when issues arise and submit a workorder.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, no downsides have been noted. Setting up and inviting users is easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX provides a structured way to communicate, prioritize and track repairs. It also provides a clear history of repairs.
Advance and Professional Flatform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the most is having a procedure in every work order like PM etc. And good access on every spare parts. Having a centralize spare parts is a advantage in every work to do easy to access spare.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some improvement on ticket work order like QR code scan. Have a QR code scan in every equipment when doing a ticket work order with the full details of equipment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When having a hard time doing the pm but maintainx helps it because it has the procedure on every pm work orders. And i can do my task in a good quality with the help of maintainx.

What do you like best about the product?
It help me more on my daily work. Bat sametimes i forget my daily task so i want to have more advance fetures on time and date. MaintainX is my first time use of app in work. And i need more time for this matter
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to have a date and time remainders on this part even it was offline. Or need to have alarm set on my phone .mybe you need to have a scand fetures to in this matter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solve a lot of my daily task and it help me to do my work fast and appopriate. It helps me more productive and lest stress on my daily jobs. And it help me to perform alot of work or task

Checking per checklist, and very comfortable to use every day.

Nothing because this app is usable every day.

This app has a feature that reminds you if you forget to check the machine.

You can upload photo and video and other options. You can stop or offline a specific machine down time. You can store multiple items in inventory.

I haven't have one yet As far as I concern.

Not able to identify who exactly did on a team
"Hold" time adds to "in progress" time after "done" then "in progress" again
Need to "in progress" work order when adding spare part then the time done before in progress again is added.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how easy it is to use. The work flow is super straightforward and the customer support is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything is good. The system is very smooth

It is helping to improve efficiency in our maintenance department.

What do you like best about the product?
Our account representative, Carl, is always responsive with helping us utilize the system to the fullest, and he's patient when training us on the different functionality. A breath of fresh air from a support team, finally!

I wish the procedures could be assigned to an individual, instead of attaching them to work orders.

Keeping track of work flow and ensuring employees are completing their daily tasks.
Easy to use and easy to customize
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is the best feature. Most features are very straight forward, and any questions are taken care of quickly with built-in support features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to export data collection in graph form along with the pdf text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data collection has allowed for restructuring our PM plans and increased our OEE on several pieces of equipment.
