What do you like best about the product?
The implementation managers are extremely helpful, and always find a way to work through any issues that may come up. We definitely had plenty of questions to keep them busy but they helped us through all of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as the app is concerned, I haven't had any real issues. There are a few people at work who aren't exactly the most tech literate who do have issues from time to time, but everything goes well as far as the app is concerned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of inventory, work orders, and P.M.s

What do you like best about the product?
I had the pleasure of speaking with Nick-Manager of Customer Support, he was so informative and helpful with providing assistance. I had more questions that needed to be answered regarding my solution for MaintainX. He quickly Provided me with documents and detailed information and scheduled phone support for more in-depth knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing, i was able to get quick and useful support on Christmas day, not something i was even expecting! this is the way you operate customer support! Thank you Nick!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is looking like the best solution for categorizing work orders/inspections on a scheduled basis, as well as using a convenient app to update user side!

What do you like best about the product?
The entire platform is extremely easy to use and is great for managing work orders. Customer support is very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike I have is that you have to go through support in order to enable/disable most of the options regarding user permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously kept track of all of our equipment preventive maintenance work orders by hand, and often times these didn't get completed in a timely manner. MaintainX alleviates that with a great mobile app and notifications to the appropriate personnel.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company went with the Enterprise subscription, and with this, we are delighted with the ability to customize the layouts and settings. At the Go-Live meeting, I asked about changing on feature and our account manager implemented the change that day.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I have not come across any items I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have a handle on our parts inventory; sometimes, our techs would go to fix a problem, and the needed part was not in stock because they did not inform anyone that they took the last part at the previous repair. With the inventory part of MaintainX we will be notified when key parts have reached the restock level.

What do you like best about the product?
Maintain X has helped us digitize all our work orders and procedures in an easy-to-view platform. It is an excellent MMS platform, and the reporting feature that comes standard with premium offers many useful data points.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard customization options can be added; having more than three viewing options for work orders would also be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digitizing all our work orders helps with keeping track of incoming work orders and planning repeating work orders for preventative maintenance. This has helped my company tremendously with managing incoming work requests.

What do you like best about the product?
Finding what we have as Inventory and being able to control the in and out of Machines from the shop to a specific Location.
What do you dislike about the product?
From the first moment we started using MaintainX, we had no problems, and now it seems that we are not using it to its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The connection between inventory and location and calendar and when a job needs to be finished not letting you close the work order until it's all filled out.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using the program. The software makes completing PMs easy and allows us to track our progress quickly/easily. I also like to monitor our costs for the PMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The programs are very well done and thus far can not think of anything I would change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps us on track with reminders daily of what PMs are required. If we miss a PM, we get alerts, very helpful. Also allows us to trend some parameters that are important.

What do you like best about the product?
They know how to make onboarding and implementation as easy as possible. They worked with our schedule and skill levels guiding us through the process and ensuring everything was right.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything at this point in the process.

It helps us better track our work orders, downtime and costs involved.

Software is clean & simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs proprietary notification tone/ sound.

Would like for Full/ Admin users to be able to assign tickets to team members who are not full users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accountability for individual departments.

So far, we haven't found any downside to using MaintainX

Helping capture maintenance, labor costs. Setting up preventative maintenance plans so we have fewer reactive maintenance issues.
