It's the best and must Profisonal CMMS portal
What do you like best about the product?
This application it's very easy to bulid for new comical work or facility Management , it's better than. Many applications

Hope to have a user level between requester and full user , with less cost, spically for small company

The team is super Profisonal , the response time is very good for example , create ( new procedure ) or update assets or locations

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is hands down the best attribute for me using Maintain X. They assist my team and me regularly to cater to our needs. They have a clear vision to elevate us in any way they can, and there have been many ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I have not had a problem they have not been able to solve for our company. The only thing I have not been happy with is with relation to connection issues with zoom, and no fault of the team at Maintain X
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently setting up the program in a fast-paced and high-output machine shop. 50% of our challenge is to set up a preventative maintenance program. The other 50% is tracking our repair and overhaul Millwright department. Both tasks have had difficulties with monitoring and recording all of the information. Lacking a CMMS has kept us in a reactive rather than a preventative position. Maintain X has not only given us a platform to create a preventative maintenance system but allowed us to improve our quoting process. With the assistance of the team at Maintain X, we have been able to track the complete disassembly of all of our repair and overhaul work and seamlessly communicate the information to our engineering department to complete the quoting process and is also paperless.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very useful for receiving and managing work orders. It's really helped our non-maintenance staff communicate maintenance issues to our facilities dept. much more efficiently. It's great for keeping track of things still outstanding and for more easily providing work orders to our staff that might be off property. But one of my favorite features has got to be the meter system. It's been a total game changer for keeping track of all our water meters on property. It's just a great system that's pretty user friendly for the most part and comes with some great features. I'd also like to say their response time has been pretty great when I've had questions or needed technical support. I highly recommend MaintainX and have personally recommended it other friends in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have both an android and apple phone and I feel it performs way better on android (no big surprise there). The new features rolled out since we've been members seem to either be very industry specific or locked behind the enterprise or higher tier levels of the system, so we don't get their benefit unfortunately. It seems like one of the last updates made the bottom section of the work order creation a little wonky for the category drop-down menu but it's still functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I pretty much answered this in the first section but the problems it's solving for me is a better way of getting work orders into my technician's hands in the field and bridging the communication gap between my non-maintenance staff and our facilities team. It's also greatly helping keep track of work orders better.
Very usefull Tool in the Maintenance Department
What do you like best about the product?
The posibility to let the Shop Floor workes create tickets for the maintenance department. These are easy to track afterwards. And of cause the possilibilty to create TPM plans for the Machines
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. There are a few places where ajustments could be nice. ie the possiblity for a Admin user to create a REQUEST an not going directly to create a WORK ORDER

What do you like best about the product?
It has a simple, intuitive user interface which means it's a joy to use, and very easy for all team members to pick up with minimal training.
At a very competitive price also, and they're always quick to respond and happy to help.

What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that we don't have total control of our data. It would be great to be able to upload all of our data by uploading from spreadsheets on the customer side, rather than needing tech support for it.
Fortunately, it's always a quick upload process, and no doubt that helps to iron out issues that may otherwise occur.

We're a small organisation, and had an unclear and disorganised maintenance process.

The maintenance software everyone needs
What do you like best about the product?
The easiest way to manage priority and assignment. Rapid response and update to keep you informed on progress and status. Self-explanatory reports to get a follow-up on key process indicators.
What do you dislike about the product?
The document file organization required ghost equipment to make the search process user-friendly. It would be nice to get it as windows explorer with drag and drop feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without maintain x software, operation demands were mainly lost and unorganized. Also, the written explanation was difficult to understand. The benefit of adding pictures is largely improving the repair quality.

Simple and easy to use with good support from online support that has short answering time

Can't do upload of CSV-file yourself. In this case you need to contact MaintainX support team.

What do you like best about the product?
CMMS at the palm of your hand. MaintainX streamlines the creation of simple on demand work orders from requestors to end users. It's so easy to use to set up repeatable PM's that can get your team started quickly. Implementation went flawless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I would like to see repeatable PMs be able to rotate between assigned users so they aren't doing the same Work orders over and over. There are a few ways to do it but I'd like to see it specifically allocate one user instead of creating a group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have tried other preventative maintenance software that were just ok for my team. This app is so user friendly that all levels of users are extremely happy with it.
Implementing MaintainX was a breeze, software is very user friendly, tracks everything.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is the ability to track downtime, machines' expenses, and PM schedules. Inventory also auto-adds to assets when charged to a work order for that machine.
What do you dislike about the product?
No ability to post date completed work orders. They have to be completed on the software the date they were completed or it could possibly throw off your tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is solving the problem of having work history and the ability to track. It makes our team more productive because we know what needs done and don't have a paper trail of work requests.
MaintainX team is outstanding in implementing an asset maintenance schedule and inventory tracking!

MaintainX has not disappointed in any way. They have the right people in key positions to achieve success.

Asset Tracking, Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Procedures, Parts Inventory, Cost Tracking - Allows us to track costs to specific assets.
