Great product - Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Management
What do you like best about the product?
- User-friendly and simplistic software
- Equipment/Asset management capabilities are sound
- Ability to export data for accounting and compliance purposes
- Excellent visibility on planned maintenance and scheduling

What do you dislike about the product?
Administrative tasks cannot be captured easily. For example, registration or insurance reminders on vehicles.
The calendar view would be better if you could add daily notes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is solving previous issues we were havin
- Maintenance reporting: data is now captured live, and scheduled maintenance is planned a lot more efficiently and easily
- Cost reporting: data is easily extracted from MaintainX, and the open-source integration enables our accounting software to extract data
- Live/concurrent feedback: job statuses are live (open, in progress etc)
- Maintenance scheduling: planned or scheduled maintenance is easy to see and reminders are able to be set for upcoming jobs
- Inventory Management: MaintainX has provided the benefits of inventory management and capturing materials used in works orders.

Great app for Maintenance Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using the app because it helps me keep track of open service requests, how long they've been open, and the procedure library to document how to do things. You can also proactively schedule things rather than react to items that need done. The app is great on virtually any platform which is different than ones I've used before.
The staff at MaintainX are always adding features and I look forward to the new items they come up with in the future.

What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike. The app is very well done and also always evolving which is great for the customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping orangized with all service requests and the ability to be organized by creating tickets automatically based on a time schedule for proactive work.
Also allows virtually anybody to create a work ticket which is great so users don't need to be actual users to submit tickets.

Easy to use while being and really helpful

You can create step by step procedures and at the same time include verification from other parties to reassure things where done correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet stumble upon something i dislike about maintainx.

A quick reference of what needs attention and when does it need to be done.
Maintain X Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to look at one calendar to see what the maintenance team is going to be doing for the day. Also, tracking work orders against devices, tracking part locations, recurring work orders, vendor management, picture attachments, steps for completing tasks, and assigning places where something is being repaired, have all proved invaluable to us. We can find tools and parts efficiently to complete a job. We use the chat feature every day built into the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue that we have is reporting to management. The reports section will not show upcoming tasks for a week to allow for scheduling proper staffing to cover the scheduled work orders. The only issue I have encountered is the lack of showing upcoming work orders in a report that can be exported for management. The competitors I have looked at will offer recurring work orders on a calendar color-coded by tech. It's the only thing I wish was available with this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The program solves tracking of work orders for all of the equipment we have onsite. We also use the software to maintain our equipment, vehicles, and buildings.
MaintainX is Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
In my job data is everything, MaintainX allows me to manage and track data in as much detail as I want, and access that data easily. Compared to the older systems I was using MaintainX is like coming out of the stone age.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can see for now is the price breakdown. There are only a few levels of cost so it is difficult to get just the features you want at a lower price. It is easy to over pay to get what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX allows my tech staff to stay connected over the course of completing work orders. It allows requester users to see what the status is of their requests thereby improving overall communication and customer satisfaction.
Good product and fast support
What do you like best about the product?
We can make all service more stream line, when a service is due we have the workshop manual there, all the parts we need and ready to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not meet a thing on maintain X that i dont like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have a place for all the information on all equipment we have. And meter reading so equipment get service at the right time. And the right service.
Easy way to organize work orders.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track progress on work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to tag team members with tasks to complete.

Closing work orders quickly.
Unbelievable Ability to verify time.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of MaintainX is the fact that i can easily track how my time is utilized throughout the day, everyday. It is verifiable time usage, and how well I am using the time i am alotted throughout my pay periods.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to get my team members to actually fill out requests, rather than to walk up to me and make a verbal request. I htell them repeatedly to to please fill out a request on MaintainX, solely for verifiable time tracking purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Verifiable time tracking, especially in a company that questions what I do all day. This allows me, when asked, to provide a verifiable log of my day to day activities.
Anyone can learn this program in the matter of hours.

Easy to use interface, best I have ever seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, above and beyond the other programs out there.

easy to track parts, and see what is being used per PM while doing maintenance. helps with knowning what to reorder. Not missing anything on the PM because you can do it right at the line, using the mobile app

It is a very easy app to learn how to use and the customer service is amazing!

Haven't found a downfall to using this app yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the first problems this app solved was keeping us from back tracking. Which saves us time and money!
