Excellent for Entry Level or inexperience maintenance managers
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is super simple to use. I was thrust into a maintenance manager role with zero prior experience and handed a team of poorly trained and inexperienced techs. With their software and their blog we have been able to reduce downtime, parts expense, and most importantly become proactive instead of reactive with our maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recurring work orders can be finicky to set up, accidentally allowing PMs to be done well before schedule. It takes some experimenting and good communication with your team to make sure it is working correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving from a 100% reactive program to a proactive one. Procedure integration allows us to capture the detail needed while still having records available for audits instead of using cumbersome and oft-ignored paper tracking.
Great progression from our old paper based system.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access for people to put on maintenance requests, if information isn't available the request can still be put on, photos with the mobile can be drawn on to highlight the issue. You can start straight away with the bare bones and build in the information as you go along, adding areas, machines, contractors, spares etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Swapping out the permissions when someone is on vacation, setting up accounts with multipule access point, though i think this is more my IT skills than the system, and MaintainX account manager has always sorted these little niggles out within 24hrs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our old system was paper based using a MS Assess application, each field had to be filled in to proceed, only people with a company email could have access and fill in requests, jobs had to be printed off daily and handed out.

What do you like best about the product?
Maintain X is a phenomenal product all around. We have been able to completely organize our Maintenance department from top to bottom.From our inventory to the breakdown of our procedures we're able to do it all with this CMMS. Even better is there engineers who take the time to hold weekly meetings with us to discuss and resolve any issues we may encounter. As well they've improved our user experience exponentially over the past year which in turn has lowered our downtime and increased our productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have absolutely no complaints when it comes to Maintain X.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have helped us resolve any issues when it comes to building procedures. They have added numerous new aspects as months go by. Anytime we have a new category created their able to carry over anything we need rather us having to build all over again.

What do you like best about the product?
As a startup, we need to be able to track maintenance requests to avoid communication errors, MaintainX clears this up very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still getting used to the software but I haven't found any dislikes yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is solving communication errors in reporting maintenance issues from the rest of the team to the maintenance team.
Really reliable software with great support team
What do you like best about the product?
We moved from a written Maintenance log to Maintainx and now have full visibility across all of our sites. The maintainX team were great in setting up our sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not come across any issues to date and we have been using the software now for two years across five sites. We have recently rolled it out across our twelve sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tracking and managing our preventative and reactive maintenance as well as our Monthly Environmental facilities inspections. We are also able to manage our budgets by assigning costs to each work order.
Organization, Communication and Time Management All in One App
What do you like best about the product?
What I found the most helpful with MaintainX is the ability to keep everything organized. Organization is essential, and I like that parts, vendors and assets are easy to keep track of. I can communicate with other team members from various locations and view each other's parts and procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor things can be improved, but I believe these things will hopefully be added soon.

Maintain X is helping to go paperless and all digital.

This app transformed the way we manage repairs across our campus. It's easy to use, allows you to prioritize repairs and add photos. It's the best

It's a bit on the pricey side but worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlined the maintenance repairs to get them approved faster and track the assets used.
MaintainX has helped to audit locations from the comfort of my office!
What do you like best about the product?
You can see real-time work orders completed or worked on throughout various locations. It also cuts down on time filing and storing hard copies with everything being saved in the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult in areas if you don't have service when you are trying to upload pictures or information on procedures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows workers to fill out and complete logs/permits in the field instead of having to go into an office to find a binder or paper logs. It also stores our SOP's and training online.
MaintainX is great software to keep up with Manufacturing Equipment
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is very easy to use and navigate through the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only been using MaintainX for 4 months and do not have anything negative to say about the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software allows our company to schedule preventative maintenance for our equipment.

What do you like best about the product?
It's advantageous regarding scheduling PM's and getting them done on time. Easy to hold your people accountable for their daily tasks. And the customer service is incredible, and they provide the best support in the industry. A really reliable company to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I like MaintainX. It provides a good balance between devices, and whatever I think it would be beneficial to add in the software, they're already in the game to give us an update shortly. What's else you want?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for solid software to implement our preventive maintenance, and we found that MaintainX is one of the best. One thing that we appreciate is the API integration.
