MaintainX- Simple and Impactful
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity, efficiency, real-time response, and the ability to track and prioritize and create SOPs to increase proactive PM versus reactive maintenance. Our ratio of proactive to reactive increased from 13% to 36% which is almost 3x the BOMA industry measured average.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the ability to ask questions before approving a request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solved was giving employees the ability to submit a work request without stopping me in the hallway or sending and email or instant message. I would not have stayed at this job that I love had it not been for MaintainX solving this issue.
Increased Facilities and Asset Efficiency, At a Fraction of The Cost of Others
What do you like best about the product?
Working in a critical industry, Facilities uptime and preventative maintenance are everything! MaintainX has helped us reduce downtime and improve our organization's reliability. This all comes while still being a fraction of the cost of other solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were options to build reports based on the original purchase price of assets vs maintenance and operations costs for LCA purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is our organization's first CMMS. MaintainX has helped streamline facilities' work order requests and management. As our business rapidly grows, having a cloud-based platform that is accessible to any of our remote sites is a massive win for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Prior to using MaintainX, our school relied on only emails and spreadsheets to track requests for service and repair. It had a very high failure rate and requests were often left unacknowledged or undone by the facilities team. Since coming into the role and adopting MaintainX, we have completed over 97% of approved requests and increased staff satisfaction exponentially.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the things that I disliked have already been addressed by the MaintainX team, and I thoroughly appreciate their response to feedback. I don't use the asset, parts, or SOP features, and I guess I dislike that I don't, but I can't blame that on MaintainX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX helps me solve reliability issues and request response times so that school staff has what they need when they need it. We use it for everything from repair requests to room booking.
MaintainX have been and still is a good choice i made for using a CMMS.
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is quite easy to understand and to operate, it is modern and even if something doesn`t work my account manager will do his absolute best to support me with the issue and find a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it appears it is a little challenging for a mobile phone to use app, like sometimes app can froze etc. but i know devs are continiusly working on improving, so not much of a negative.

MaintainX helps developing and tailoring maintenance procedures, helps with maintenance planning, parts control and asset organisation.
One Of The Best CMMS Software
What do you like best about the product?
Work Orders and Work Request are fantastic. Coming from a paper-based system, we had jobs not getting done and leaving critical equipment without preventive maintenance work getting done
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to build complex parts the make one part (BOM) is a pain, but I have found work arounds. Having a few more or custom user groups would also be handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coming from a paper-based system, this has fixed so many issues we had. Being able to trace all jobs and having automated work orders saves time. Also having SOP built into the work orders mean jobs have been correct.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is easy to learn and its interface is straight forward. Keeps us active and reduces down time by having proactive PMs
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can really complain about using MaintainX
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By keeping a tab on assets that we have parts on back order for.
Extremely user friendly, accurate, and hassle free.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to create work orders and process them. Once work orders are complete MaintainX automatically tracks the data and presents it to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice you you could export the asset lists in a similar way to how you export the work orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory management and PM tracking.
Found an excellent use case for EHS Management.
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is far easier to use than our previous EHS Management system. Through customizations, we have an excellent platform to capture critical safety data.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I've found nothing I dislike about MaintainX. It's user-friendly and straightforward to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access for all employees reducing the need for complicated software and physical paperwork.
An asset to any start of improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
Allows for the organized structure of processes in a timely fashion when completing company needs of improvement. Quick and easy to use, eliminating wasted time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you assign an individual to the work order, they cannot see it. All users should be able to view all work orders regardless of whether they are attached to the project directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminates the hassle of setting up meetings to discuss who/what is required for a project or repair. A simple 1 step process puts the info straight into the hands of the person responsible of the completion.
Very flexible app
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of joining several company functions in a single access point, production requests, logistics, communication of work status, accounting, archiving and statistics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Item filtering and search system is not easy to use. Inability to modify the work order masks. It would be nice to be able to insert a customizable location mapping on the items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the case of my function, the main benefit has been the merging of the various request files with the accounting. Even the archiving of photos and reports divided by item accessible from any corporate IT support.
