What do you like best about the product?
Being able to go back and see how long it has been since we had the same problem

We are shorthanded with maintenance men. So, when I schedule work to be done then it has to change because of something else needs to be prioritized be for it i have to go back and change the date

Effortless Inventory Management with Customizable Cycle Counts

What do you like best about the product?
The feature I find most useful in MaintainX is the ability to perform cycle counts. This allows us to set how often we want to conduct inventory checks and make adjustments based on what we actually have in stock. I also appreciate that we can link purchase orders to work orders and update comments whenever necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find frustrating about MaintainX is that after a purchase order has been fulfilled, I can't update the price of an item unless I first mark the purchase order as unfulfilled. Only then does the system allow me to change the price, after which I have to fulfill the purchase order again. This process bothers me because it gives the impression that the part was removed from inventory and then added back, making it feel as though the part is temporarily unaccounted for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really needed a feature to help us manage inventory, and the addition of the cycle count feature has made my job much easier and faster. It definitely benefits us as clerks by allowing us to keep better track of the parts we have on hand.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform stands out for its simplicity and user-friendly design, making it easy to use and train others on. Additionally, the support team is excellent, and the technical resources provided are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
At our sites, internet connectivity issues can occasionally disrupt uploads and the flow of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a new and developing program, and MaintainX has played a significant role in supporting our cultural transformation as well as the growth and development of our team members.

Impressive Features That Stand Out

What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the system being relatively simple to use and intuitive, I like the customer support the best. I like that I'm able to ask questions and get clarity almost in real time. It saves time and helps me ensure I don't have to go back and do double the work fixing format or data input errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issue would be with the limited procedural formats. There are a lot of work orders/PMs in which the ability to customize a graph or chart would be very helpful. I think the drop down selection has a lot of nice options but is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously had a very complex enterprise level CMMS system that was not very user friendly. MaintainX does help simplify our needs to manage and report on assets and work orders that we manage on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is extremely user-friendly and intuitive. The implementation team was very supportive, offering helpful suggestions and efficiently uploading all of our assets and procedures. I am impressed by the wide range of features available within MaintainX.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting dashboard would benefit from having additional options, especially when it comes to the Meters feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX gives us immediate visibility into the performance of our equipment, maintenance employees, and all our assets. While our initial goal was to address a single issue, tracking the workload and workflow of our Maintenance Department, we have also managed to solve several other challenges. These include asset tracking, monitoring downtime, and improving our ability to centralize and schedule preventive maintenance for all our equipment.

What do you like best about the product?
Maintainx is The user-friendly, mobile-first design is what I like best. Our technicians, regardless of their tech-savviness, adopted it immediately. The ability to receive, complete, and update work orders in real-time from their smartphones, including adding photos and notes, has completely eliminated paper-based delays and miscommunication
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features can feel limited. Creating custom, indepth reports for advanced analysis is difficult without a highertier plan, which can be a constraint for data driven teams needing more than basic overviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates paper tracking and miscommunication. By digitizing work orders and PM schedules, it prevents equipment failures and centralizes our maintenance data. This gives us less downtime, clearer accountability, and data to make smarter repair decisions.

Effortless Work Order Tracking and Organization

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about maintainx is the ability to organize and track work orders and downtime for all assets in a shop environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside to using MaintainX is having to manually enter all information, AI is helping for assets but not for inventory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and assigning work orders, you don't have to call and track people down to assign work, it goes straight to their phone.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, amount of information that can be added to work orders, great customer service and staff support, easily allows assets to be tracked for issues, the interface is very user friendly, great security features that limit users. The amount of features offered are superior to our homemade CMMS system
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently the only issue is the reporting side, which I have no doubt my customer support manager, Jamie Thompson, will get sorted out. Looking into a full custom report and just having issues getting it to populate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outdated and under performing homemade CMMS system that would create more issues the more it was modified
