Good software for product managment.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is very intuitive, files and other information is right where you would expect it to be. Does a great job at managing the business inputs and presenting them in a logical manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it does this and my company just doesn't utilize it, but integration with the design software for releases would be good. For instance, when a new part/assembly revision is released on the CAD software, Arena should read the release status from the modeling software instead of having it's own workflow for release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Part/assembly revision control, and purchasing/vendor information which all contribute to Quality.

What do you like best about the product?
The graphic user interface, the on the clock data retreival system and admin privilege options
What do you dislike about the product?
Has issues when put in an intranet, gets limited in notifying and delays response time

What do you like best about the product?
Even without any formal training in Arena, everything is fairly intuitve. It's a simple affair organizing the operational instructions I use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The list of current and out of date revisions are all part of one list. Once in while I have to pick through them. This, however, could simply be disorganization/setup of my employer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping our work instructions organized, which allow me and my coworkers to perform our jobs.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is good. It is very easy to navigate and all my work instructions are easy to find.

I have not experienced any downsides as of yet

The benefit to me is having all the information updated and stored in one area, this makes it very user friendly for myself and my crew.

OK product that gets changed in confusing ways that make it worse

What do you like best about the product?
Its core functionality is solid and dependable. For the most part, it is simple to use. Customer support is pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constant product changes of seeming little value signal to me that they are not very in touch with their customers. "Exciting" new features often seem like steps in the wrong direction for usability. For example, they overhauled their search to make it more "simple" while in the process burying the advanced search options under a few more clicks, which add up if you're constantly doing advanced searches. They recently added widgets to their homescreen, but this new interface is so much bulkier and less compact than what used to be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of parts that are being manufactured, and changes to these parts, and how they affect entire products.

Everything in One Place; Annoying to Access

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything (records, documents, procedures, etc) are all in one place and easily updated. Previously, we were using a paper records and a company file. This feels much more organized. It was a bit of a learning curve at first, but it was integrated well into our quality system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I spend most of my time trying to access documents- especially procedures while working. I find it kind of annoying and time consuming to just pull up a procedure to reference. I have to stop, log into arena, and try my best to find what I am looking for. If I can't remember the exact WI number or title, its a guessing game.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and upkeep of our quality system. I am not on the quality side but the manufacturing side, but it seems pretty alright at that.
