Arena PLM & QMS is the best product and must try it
What do you like best about the product?
It's very useful tool to track the changes and easy to complete the action item
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure but I don't think there will be any dislikes

Tracking of changes and easy to implement

What do you like best about the product?
As the title states. Easy to learn, intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
When searching, you lose your search criteria when changing attributes.

tracking changes, communicating changes and keep users accountable.
All in one solution for QMS for regulated industry.
What do you like best about the product?
Regular updates to make the user experience great and good number of options for all in one QMS solution for FDA industry. Fantastic customer support and resolves issues very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Files become corrupt and lose data when files are very big in size and has alot of pictures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assists with documentation, routing and managing the history of documents which is very important for having traceability in FDA regulated industry.
User Input on Arena
What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing redline changes to updated documents and standard operating procedures. Also, typing in a document title or part number to print off copies is easy. I also like that if I need to be re trained on any documents or standard procedure documents then it's easy to navigate through the trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that is least helpful in Arena is the quantity of tabs it has. Even though there is an "about" subtab for each one, it still doesn't provide enough user guidance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The instructional videos on how one can navigate through Arena is by far the best videos I've seen when I need help with anything on Arena.
Its been great for organizing out stuff!
What do you like best about the product?
We used it as the source of truth for all things production in our company and it does that well. i really enjoy the safeguards it puts in place for change orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to be a little cumbersome to learn. I had to get a few tutorials for colleagues to get started. The search function could use some work, it bit bothersome to select a catagory first but sort of makes sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
version control of part documentation, review of changes by the right people in the right workflows, parts to buy for supply chain in the company as well as orders.
Arena allows my company to have part hierarchy and organization of a complex design.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can add additional attributes that are important to our parts and our design. We can customize our workflow for our purposes. I also like how we can add syncing like from Altium to PLM which automates a lot of processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to search for parts, especially if you do not have the exact wording of how the part was entered into the system. Also, it would be nice if you could get a dropdown menu with suggestions instead of going into the search and spending time looking through all the possible options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to organize bill of materials and suppliers. It helps us to communicate revisions of parts with our suppliers and have seamless communication about what should be built and the parts and manufacturers of those parts.
Good tool for product attribute management
What do you like best about the product?
Arena is a clean, logical system that allows enterprises to maintain SKU information, BOMs, Sources, Product Attributes without clutter or confusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a more robust user reporting tool. Not all fields are options in the reporting structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arena provides us with a clean environment in which we can manage our SKUs. Our ERP/Finance system lacks this functionality.

Organized workflow so we can roll out company documents and release updates

You need certain permissions to view things and it was a hassle for me to get permissions

Good PLM Tool with Extras
What do you like best about the product?
Arena PLM gives us a single source-of-truth to manage all of our parts and bill of materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the API had more features to make custom internal tools more feature-rich.

Bill of materials management, prototype costing roll ups.

The integration of different areas of the database makes Arena easy to use to helpful

The overall structure of the Arena database is excellent, but the roll back feature can be improved.
