Using data and API from NextBillion.ai as a service for understanding local travel access
What do you like best about the product?
API has a generous free trial and has excellent technical support. I had queries about the API and how the API parameters compare to other similar services. Technical support was prompt and clear in clarifying my doubts when using the API.
What do you dislike about the product?
API options for my market of concern are more limited than the more established ones. Looking forward to additional capabilities in the API for my smaller market of concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NextBillion.ai provided me with data as a service in understanding how accessible points of location are when driving. The API rate limits were also generous and allowed me to reach my target corpus in a short amount of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Besides the amazing tech they're working on, working with the NB team has been a delight. From the initial scoping discussions to finding us a custom solution we hadn't thought of, the NB team was always available and on our side.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike so far, I'm only typing here because it's a required field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NB has a range of geo-tech solutions that solve for any company that deals with logistics. Our logistics setup is internal and so we needed to optimise our rider routes so our deliveries could become more efficient.
Best platform for Distance Matrix APIs
What do you like best about the product?
We are using Nextbillion for one of our Clients in Food delivery space. It enables us to factor more real-time variables with cost efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think as of now. Everything is up to Client's expectation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time routes optimization, Travel time
Great APIs for ETA calculation of field professionals
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we get 100000 API calls free every month. I really like the prompt support nextbillion provides. The ETA provided is very accurate and we use it for our field professionals who travel to patient destinations for sample collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing specific I dislike at this point in time. However, NextBillion can do better in providing comprehensive dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an app for field professionals that they use to navigate to patient destinations. We use distance matrix and directions API to calculate ETA and also travel distances. The directions API then provides us a route for the field professional to travel to the patient's destination.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can get started with the free tier and evaluate if this fits your requirements and how the APIs are performing for your region. They have a suite of APIs so you have most things covered.
Excellent Geo-Coding service at an affordable cost.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how NextBillion.ai geocoding services were very easy to implement and took less than 30 mins to go live with it in our app. I really like that it is affordable. The customisability is a sweet add-on.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have as many places as google maps API does but does the job for us and costs 10 times less. I hope they add more places in the near future.

we are an eCommerce company and the geocoding API from NextBillion.ai helps us pining accurate addresses on maps for our customers. This allows us to deliver hassle-free at the doorstep.

If you want to save 10x on your API cost, go for Nextbillion.ai and the best part is that 100k API calls are free every month.
NextBillion was able to provide all the Google Map related services cheaper and accurate.
What do you like best about the product?
With Logistics as our Business Use Case. High usage of Maps Apis with low cost and accuracy was important. NextBillion solved for Geocoding, Distance Matrix and Logistics custom solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a customer, I need to visualise the usage and patterns around Nextbillion services and their consumption. The Customer Dashboard needs to improve.

Custom wrappers around Maps to solve Business Use cases is the USP for Nextbillion. Helping early-stage companies for a faster GTM.
