Professional Geospatial Data Processing and Support
What do you like best about the product?
I admire their fast response and friendly manners whenever we need professional support in the geospatial data processing. They have delivered a valuable service and support to our company that we appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything to complaint about during our engagement, they have delivered the data as required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nextbillion.ai helps us scale the geospatial data processing to cover our large service areas which in the end have a positive impact to our consumer as well. They also managed to deliver the data within the quality that was agreed in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
The documentation was very well written and made it very easy for us to integrate Nextbillion into our platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm yet to find something I dislike about the platform at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Route optimization was a problem that we were riddled with before taking a look at Nextbillion and they made it straightforward to add that functionality to our platform.
Amazing VRP Optimization API for Easy Dispatch & Routing
What do you like best about the product?
The VRP Route Optimization API has helped us save hours of work and thousands of dollars. The API takes into parameter load capacity, shift timings, delivery priority and other such factors and assigns packages to specific vehicles which are then auto-assigned routes. The navigation SDK also helps drivers with in-app turn-by-turn navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There haven't been any hiccups we have faced. We were helped by the solution engineers during our implementation and also support response is quick. There is however no live chat for support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are primarily solving for vehicle dispatch and route optimization. The auto assignment of articles and goods to vehicles and then automatically assigning routes is what we love. It has helped our business immensely.
Amazing Support and large matrix size with customisable APIs
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is their extremely friendly support. I had to switch from google maps api, and the help provided was awesome. To add to it, being a freelance dev google maps was becoming costly for all of my clients, so I shifted to nextbillion and it has been the best choice.

Nothing at this moment. Keep up the good work

Cheap API costs, and lower latency, are the best thing on-premise deployments

What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to find any downside to the service itself, but the API documentation is a little sparse, and their customer portal is minimal; but this is understandable, considering that it was only recently launched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NextBillion solves the problem of providing a high-performance mapping platform at scale. We use them to generate large distance matrices that we use to solve unique geospatial routing problems that arise in the short-haul trucking industry. We generate efficient delivery schedules in real time for hundreds of vehicles, so distance calculations need to be fast and reliable. We have found that NextBillion's distance matrix service meets and exceeds this demand.
Get most accurate etas at reduced costs
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that it supports the matrix size of 5000*5000, and etas take into account a lot of stops like fueling points, toll stations and more. Another best thing is their pricing model and amazing support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing extremely specific. All good for now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving the prime problem of large matrix sizes. large matrix sizes are important when handling large operations such as many-to-many delivery scenarios with large numbers of vehicles or drop-off points. I can measure correct ETAs and scale them at an affordable cost.

Nothing much, we have not come across any hiccups yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nextbillion.ai is a customizable map-creation platform, that supports a larger (/granular) distance matrix at an affordable price. Our client is very much happy with the map ETA solution we delivered.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that there is a generous free tier for almost all API. The quality and promptness of support is amazing. The costs are also very reasonable and does not drive a business to bankruptcy.

Nothing that I can pinpoint specifically.

We use NextBillion.ai's API for a bunch of use cases for a client in Logistics industry. We use the Distance Matrix API for ETA calculation, their geocoding and places API and their VRP solver for complex route optimization.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about NextBillion is their amazing support. Also, it comes with flexible, customized pricing options for every business model, so that becomes very handy for building various kinds of applications
What do you dislike about the product?
The experience of using the apis can be better - only a suggestion. Looking forward to more features in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost-effective solution, better than popular competitors. We use an app for delivering food so it makes it easier for drivers to navigate to locations because of the large matrix sizes. We can make api calls in huge volumes.
