Distance Matrix API is fast and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The Distance Matrix API is fast and easy to use. The documentation meant that developers had an easy time implementing NextBillion with our software. A great alternative to competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had some issues with billing initially but was able to resolve them with the help of my NextBillion contact.

Fast and accurate distance planning for large datasets.
Better Alternative to Google Maps

Faster API Response time,
Cheaper than Google - basically this helps in reducing the cost and it's very efficient

Nexbillion.ai Routing API fast and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Switching from the Google Distance Matrix to Nextbillion.ai routing was easy and has made our app faster and more robust. In addition, the number of calls to the API to get the same result set has decreased dramatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting an API key was a manual process rather than automatic signup, which slowed us down initially. This is just a one off thing, so not a big negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest problem was the time that it took the Distance Matrix API to come back so we could calculate our best routes. Nextbillion.ai takes fewer API calls than Google for the same result sets and is more responsive. Our best route calculations are extremely quick now, so our user experience is greatly enhanced.

Good mapping solution for operation planning
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use the APIs. There's extensive documentation available with examples that help the development process. The distance matrix api is a real deal. Helps to solve large matrices real fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The map is not great for the location our partners work in (south of India - Kerala. The level of detail would leave you wanting. This is based on openmap, which lags behind Google maps in terms of place data.

Nextbillion provides a mapping solution for enterprises. It is very cost effective when compared to other providers. Usage is easy and the support and documentation available helps a lot.

Nextbillion Distance matrix data is accurate and helped us in identifying restaurants close to customer point.This way we were able to reduce our delivery KM on every order.

It supports only 25 multiple co-ordinates

Great service at a fraction of a cost!
What do you like best about the product?
We were facing technical limitations while using Google Maps APIs and the cost was also increasing massively as we scaled. Nextbillion only provided a distance matrix API free of limits at a fraction of the cost! They even had an option where they could ingest our data to provide customised ETA solutions for our usecase.
And during the entire duration of working together, never once have I been let down by their customer support team. Exceptional support throughout the professional journey!

What do you dislike about the product?
To be very honest, I didn't have a single bad experience with Nextbillion that I can mention here. They were an amazing bunch of folks to work with through and through.

Nextbillion provided us with a customised solution for our routing and logistics service. We needed to calculate ETAs for our riders. Relying on Google for this was extremely expensive and that's where Nextbillion came in.

Ease of Use - could set it up in no time. Free trial was helpful as well. The account was set up with ease and had good support from the team.

Nothing I can think of. If I come up with something after I use the platform will let you know.
