The technical integration is seamless via the propvided API(s). The customer success, support and product support is excellent

Nothing at all. In every situation throughout the process NextBillion were faultless

Easy API integration to solve route optimisations efficiencies, preview journeys and easy direction, voice activation and live updates through the mobile SDKs

NextBillion allowed us to consolidate several infrastructure providers in one, the APIs are easy to use and have great documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had an issue with one of the geocoding APIs, but within 3 weeks the dev team took on an enhancement to make it better.

They offer enterprise grade APIs for logistics companies. We use these APIs in our platform.

Accuracy and Customer support along with affordability.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our use case we need to restrict our user to make prescription from certain location. we want to restrict user to create prescription apart from the desired location to ensure prescription credability. We are using nextbillion's geocoding APIs to internally geofence doctors location which in turn allowing the doctors to create prescription. This has significantly improved the accuracy of prescription that's flowing in the system.

Nextbillion.ai is solving location tech problems like Distance calculation, advanced routing problems, ETA calculations. We are using Nextbillion.ai APIs for calculating accurate road distances along with ETAs.
