Ideal asset management software for companies with many assets
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's customisable and a robust and complete platform that you won't have enough time to use all its capabilities is excellent and easy to configure for all kinds of tasks and all assets. I like to track and run reports on the status of changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, we have not detected any problem. Apparently, it is a good product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy-to-implement solution that allows us to manage our assets in a unique and simplified way.

IBM Maximo facilitating asset management with this tool
What do you like best about the product?
This software is very good, simple for ticket creation, and easy to use. I liked the work management, and the standard version includes a maintenance scenario and can assign multiple users for easy tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is going well, and it has been a good tool to solve our problems.

IBM Maximo has everything we need to manage our assets, and all of our transactions have been very efficient.
Smooth work management with this wonderful IBM Maximo tool
What do you like best about the product?
It offers a complete asset management solution that is innovative, flexible and easy to integrate. In addition, I like that it comes with excellent features like a ticketing system and managing and controlling inventory effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit complex at first, especially the implementation and how difficult it was to adapt.

This product is beneficial because it provides clear reporting and analysis in a transparent manner, which is why it is often used to solve our ticketing and administration problems.
IBM Maximo a very good work management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The easy and effective way to configure it and adapt it to the business requirements of our company. I like that it is easy to track, and I control inventory effectively. Asset management is simple, and that's what I like the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software works very well and covers all my needs, and I have not had any problems.

This solution allows us to advance in optimising our active processes and thus be able to perform analyses and monitoring simply and make our work life more manageable.
IBM Maximo a perfect tool for enterprise asset management
What do you like best about the product?
This tool for inventory management is good because it increases productivity a lot. I like the efficiency, and the generation of reports is quite customisable according to our needs, it's perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes server load times are slow. Just that little bummer because it's a wonderful tool.

Maximo is used to manage our assets, and by programming reliable management and powered by AI, it's amazing how it works and the benefits it brings us.
IBM Maximo very good tool for ticketing and asset management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a complete software and flexible enough to adapt quickly to the company. I liked the easy notes and that you can link tickets to each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that sometimes it's slow to add one of the assets to the tree.

It is software that helps us track assets and manage them in a positive way with the creation of tickets and integration with the MES system.
My take on the IBM Maximo tool for asset management
What do you like best about the product?
I like this asset management tool because it is great for measuring activities and assets in the company and I also love all of its capabilities, it is very good and robust and you can configure all kinds of tasks and assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, this product has no defects so I have nothing to say.

A very good and amazing solution that allows me to manage our company assets efficiently and now everything is much easier.
IBM Maximo a tool to manage inventory in a different way
What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool for inventory control and workflow management. I like the user interface, it's good and makes it easy to manage orders and meets our needs in the processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
This product is excellent but I see some problems, especially in the restrictions in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used to manage our assets and is our main source of workflow analysis, improving the typical processes in ticket management.
Power tool for maintenance project management
What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful in making preventive maintenance on schedule.. it has the ability to generates work orders as per set date to as reminder of planned projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that dislike but need to improve. Just notice that if we will tap or include permits system and project didn't fall as per plan.. it's need to back from the starting process..

One- creating maintenance plan according to sequence..

My experience with IBM Maximo.
What do you like best about the product?
As we know Maximo is an Asset management tool the best feature of this tool is we can track our asset life with the built-in prediction system in this tool. Another thing is that we can deploy it on multiple clouds which makes it a highly available service. This tool also comes with a simplified licence policy which means we have to pay only for that service which we are using.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report generation is tricky, sometimes it doesn't contain the lasted deployed asset it took some time to update in the tool. The graphical interface of this tool needs to improve. Sometimes loading of reports or internal modules is very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously in our organization, we are using some other tool for asset management which was good but it doesn't have a feature generating the service/request or tracking the deployed asset. So we switch to IBM Maximo which has built-in features Maximo we can generate service requests or track my old request. We don't need any other software for service requests/ monitoring of the asset. Which helps us to save time and cost. We can also monitor deployed assets remotely.
