Teramind - Great quality product
What do you like best about the product?
Its reliability. It just always work and it does not have to be constantly checked

No issues since we started using it. It works very well

It just works, we know that it is working in the background, we dont have to constantly check. Any time it was needed to investigate something, it never failed

What do you like best about the product?
The real-time dashboards are extremely helpful in determining who is being productive and who isn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that my administrator IT contact is the only person that can advocate making changes to my account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have one Department that does not manage their time well and now I can track where and how their time is being spent.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, and how powerful it is, because with a fairly light agent, and with few resources you can monitor as much as you want in the company's computers, and thus also ensure that there is no data leakage, and visualize the productivity of employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
The weak point is that they do not have Linux support (although it is true that it is supposed to be in RoadMap), so in that area we could not cover monitoring, and for MacOS it is somewhat more limited.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to block access to confidential files to people in a department that is not yours, or to be able to monitor the correct use of company tools. Also to be able to see the productivity of the users, to see in which sector it is necessary to make more focus in some tasks to improve the productivity, and close potential internal security breaches or prevent data exfiltration.
Excellent Product and Support
What do you like best about the product?
Teramind makes it easy to track user activity in so many different ways. On top of the session recordings (which include audio), there are logs for emails, applications, printing, file access, and even keystrokes if you want to enable that feature. The dashboard is intuitive, so finding all the relevant data is not difficult. The support team at Teramind is probably the best of any I have come across in the IT industry. They are easy to contact, quick to reply, and highly knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any major things to dislike about the product. We have encountered some minor bugs in the past, but Teramind support has always been able to address them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance, data protection, and productivity tracking are critical to our clients. Teramind has proven itself multiple times by recording illegal activity and unethical behaviour, allowing our clients to take action with confidence.
Teramind is very well thought out! Easy, Comprehensive and Intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to deploy, policies are very easy to configure and immediately allows you to gain insights. It helps our organization keep WFH strategy as well as comply with cybersec requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mac OS X agent is not as great as the Windows agent. It would be great if could include support for linux also. And maybe for email an agent to be installes on the cloud for emails not opened on monitored pc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measure employee productivity and activity levels as well as provide audit trails both for cybersecurity and for process improvement. We have been able to maintain a work from home strategy with productive workforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Teramind is the perfect platform to monitor employees' activities, boost productivity and super easy to find any anomaly in behavior. It definitely pays off, there is no comparison between the cost of having it versus the loss of productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the fact that you can not have this kind of monitoring with companies smartphones
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity. Our sales representatives have doubled their productivity ever since.

What do you like best about the product?
Very lightweight install and a speedy responsive web portal. Comes with a wealth of features such as export screen recording, alerts, email and instant messaging monitoring. It supports RDS hosts as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you could mix and match licensing options and if it supported Linux but that's it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teramind makes it so much easier to track what our employees are doing, especially now with working from home. It's also great as a support tool with the ability to take over and control a users session.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple Interface, support and accuracy of the data points. Lot of features at given price its amazing. Further I feel its super secured as the support staff even do not have access to your data without your permission. Video view of the team is another great feature. You can even view live steaming of teams working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Paymnet gateway issue. In India there are issues with bill payment. Its not smooth working some how. And too much of orange color in admin panel. From the features wise there is no complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping me monitoring my remote team the best. Our whole payout system is depend on this. And team is very happy using this software.

What do you like best about the product?
There are basic templates in place to assist in extracting the data on each employee. The data is comprehensive and you have the power to easily control access to different items. The online support chat is very good and has helped me correctly when required.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an incredible learning curve to get up to speed. A step by step procedure would help greatly and I would prefer better ways to process mass record classifications on categories. I have however found the online chat to help during these challengers

Terramind is helping to get an understanding of our IT work environment and requirements per department. It also enables us to quickly identify problem employees and potential security risks.

We used it for one employee on a mac and it wasn't functioning most of the time. could be they already fixed the issue
