Easy to use HR tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of punch in and punch out via location method.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, it was quite easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Punch in/out via location, normal regularisation also available/ birthdays/apply leaves. Everything available in an app via employee login

As such nothing, but one suggestion to add or integrate tax calculator

People strong features and availability
What do you like best about the product?
Really very good features in your hand. Mobile app makes it really user friendly. You can apply leaves,. see birthdays, see the upcoming holidays, check your details and profile of company, your manager details and your tenure details. basically all your needs are in your pocket and easily accesible. we can apply attendance but there was some glitch to run it, but now it is automated, so even more easier
What do you dislike about the product?
we have to remember all the time while logging in and logging out. which we are not used to do in mobile so used to forget a lot. If there would be an automated login and logout optiuon there with location access, it would be way more useful and convenient. the interface is good but stioll it can be better and easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
people strong solved the problem of login and log out from company every time we come and go. it is now automated by our admin and depends on our work time and performance. it is really very helpful. Now I don't need to remember every time I enter in the office and leave it.

What do you like best about the product?
People strong is a user friendly hrms portal where i find it very easy to keep a track of all my day to day activities related to attendance,salary payslip,holidays,leave balances, attendance regularisation and many more..,
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much that i dislike about peoplestrong, it just needs to get a bit more attractive look , apart from that everything else is good to go.its a user friendly app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Peoplestrong helps me in easily accesing my profile updates , also easy to download payslip, and you can regularise your attendance easily without any hassle. you can chek your leave balances, know when you have holidays ,.and keep an eye on your collegues birthday's for a party ;)

The desktop version has the best version but mobile version can have a better UI

All the required details, everything an employee needs, are available under one tab.

What do you like best about the product?
You have all your documents related to your job in one place. You get to know about the hierarchy in your organization. You can put your login and logout times to regularize your attendance and leaves.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't easy to understand regular attendance when using a laptop or desktop. The phone application is much more efficient than compared to desktop sites. If we can punch in time without using mobile data would be great.

PeopleStrong is our HRIS portal which handles our attendance and other HR-related information and organization chart and leaves records. Our documents related to the job are all available in one place.

peoplestrong is having very friendly user interface with correct and different methods of attendance marking such as proxy. punch in punch out etc . support is also very good

Peoplestrong has some bugs which could be fixed in order to make it much better. and also it could be improved with better support options as well. apart from that all's good

Peoplestrong is making the job much easier for all the core hr activities and makes payroll attendance and overall hr activities much easier

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is most plays an essential role in our organization. It also helps in regularising attendance, employee data, Punch in and out, day-to-day activities, and timings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, as this tool is beneficial for tracking the employee status, leave balance, attendance, daily timings, birth dates and wishes. We can even communicate with each other too.

As per the big organization, every platform requires an HR system, which works as a tool to systemize the employes data and their day-to-day activities.

Easy to use and understand, Also has a mobile version with a pretty good interface which makes it easier.

Has some small bugs and glitches which if fixed would make this a lot more enjoyable

Peoplestrong is user-friendly. Easier to view, manage and regularise attendance. Lets us track our leaves for the year and makes it easier to download cover letters and pay slips
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that I am unable to download a few cover letters. Maybe my company has not given access, apart from that. The app is user-friendly and seamless.

It solving hr related queries. Easier to track, regularise attendnace, leaves and download reports like attendance reports, investment proof submission and best part is punch in and punch out
