What do you like best about the product?
Best app for connecting HR and employee cover all HR solutions user friendly interface we can also update leave and track it. It is cloud based it takes less data to operate

Some glitches in attendance modules sometime product is slow leading to frustrating users

It maintain High level of employees engagement and satisfaction cand be hard without proper tool for any feedback

Binded features which are limited to Hr only which could not be accessed by employees

Providing a platform where an employee can find out each and every feature which helps in fetching out the data from database from their employment till there last date of working such as salaries slip, leaves, insurance etc.

An easy to use platform for Hr and guest user (employees) for the process out there for an employee from their interview till there retirement.All features are available such as salary slips,Leave application, Future calendar etc.

Some of the features are blocked for the employees which can only be accessed by HR

I like how PeopleStrong makes HR and payroll super easy to manage. The interface is simple, and the automation saves a ton of time, so everything runs smoothly without the usual hassle.

Sometimes it can be a bit slow or glitchy, and a few features feel less intuitive than they should be. But overall, it gets the job done.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a smooth and provide ease in process. And it also have a large storage to manage data of employees.

Mass updation sometimes make it little slow and it sometimes irritate for changing passwords.

It is providing a platform where an employee can find everything related to his job like salary and different forms. It makes easy to let every employee excess over the peoplestrong platform.

Good platform to streamline various HR processes
What do you like best about the product?
Its been more than a year i am using people strong for marking my attendance, applying leaves and all. It has number of feature like: It has exceptionally user-friendly interface.
I am using this application daily to mark attendance and manage my various tasks with minimal effort.

Even we have holiday, we still get the popup like" Kindly mark your attendance".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. You can easily mark your attendance.
2. One solution for all HR needs like whether to track holidays, to see your salary slip, to see upcoming holidays, everything we can manage using this app.

Decent software
What do you like best about the product?
Maintains a proper track record of attendance and leaves,has onetastic learning which helps in learning and developing new skills ,also keep a track of every employee's birthday so that no one misses anyone's birthday
What do you dislike about the product?
The long login procedure,not sure if it's the company order or the app is designed in the way ,that everytime we have to login again,it should be a single login for a particular day ,same while leaving there's a need to login in again and then logout so that the leaving time is recorded.Even the QR scanning doesn't work properly most of the time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly it helps to record attendance and the leave balances ,helps to apply and get timely approval for the leave . Also keeps track of earned leave and sick leave for employees.
