What do you like best about the product?
LeadSquared Sales CRM stands out for its simplicity and customization. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for new users to onboard quickly. One of the best features is the smart automation workflows — they save a lot of time and help ensure follow-ups never fall through the cracks. The lead capture from various channels (website, email, phone, campaigns) is seamless, and tracking lead stages is visually effective. Additionally, the mobile app is highly responsive and helps our field team stay updated in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is quite robust, the reporting module could use some improvement. Custom report creation can be a bit tricky and time-consuming, especially when trying to filter or group data across multiple parameters. Some integrations (like third-party calling solutions) require technical support, which may slow down implementation. Also, real-time syncing occasionally lags in high-volume data uploads, which could affect large-scale campaigns.

LeadSquared helps streamline our lead nurturing process, ensures no follow-up is missed, and provides complete visibility into the sales pipeline. You had to heavily rely on your account rep to get things fixed or implemented since the back-end was very complex.

1. They start small but it's very complex and old system
2. Their Automation fail frequently.
3. There are a lot of bugs and when reported it takes years to fix it once it get fixed new one pop up
4. The Staffs are not well trained they don't have a. good internal communication

Just a basic CRM which won't allow user to do the automation instead they push for their staff to do. If it's complex they can't do it either

Lead squared gives us a Platform for managing our Leads. It gives us a Best Experience for managing our Leads. I am using this CRM software last 2 yrs. Multiple Task Facility. Site visit Task, General Meeting Task, Invitation Task, Call Reminder etc. Also we can find any particular lead with just using Advance Filter Search. Single Platform for managing all our sales leads in a Professional Way. Call facility also inbuilt. Easy to implement. Good Customer Support chat box. You can Easily Find activity History, Lead Details, Lead Age etc. Daily Using easy to use. Integrated with Tata Dialer. Mobile CRM provides good support to Sales Team. They can update any lead accordingly from anywhere.

Everything is in smooth way. Nothing I Dislike. Mobile CRM is Also benefiting Our Field Sales Team.
