Has come a long way

What do you like best about the product?
Opensource (free to use). Stable. Flexible. Basic features are easy to use. Great modeler tool for windows.
What do you dislike about the product?
That not all features are free (most are). Also some features and compenents have poor documentation so figuring things out can be tough at times. Unable to customize the cockpit UI (change banner, add short cuts, etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
Maximum things are already configured in the camunda so we just trigger those functions to meet the criteria
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to prepare the resources of camunda. Some complexity to understand the complete tool

Scheduling and retry functionality on failure

What do you like best about the product?
It seems to be a great automation tool -- less experienced workforce members can easily chart their automation needs using the BPMN p[roduct. Looks like a grea tool for Project management
What do you dislike about the product?
Having limited experience with it, I can't see any flaws. It looks like a solid BPMN product with an "easy to use" GUI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Only evaluating the product -- haven't used it in a "real world" situation

Process automation using camunda

What do you like best about the product?
Camunda is best workflow engine having very huge community and simplified approach towards development.
If it is used for appropriate use case with proper implementation then it it reduces lot of maintenance time and makes the business process dynamic and scalable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a little learning curve in the initial phase but once we know the basics of camunda it becomes very easy to build huge and complex business processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated the busy process and added the dynamic behaviour in onboarding management process. We achieved the flexibility in such a way that we can modify the business rules on the fly without changing the code base.

What do you like best about the product?
Compare to other process management tools I have used, the camunda platform is much more user-friendly. It is much more helpful for the QA process as well, there are a lot of endpoints related to the Camunda, that can be used for automated tests as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app randomly shows authentication failure and I have to sign-in again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Camunda platform mainly for process management, mainly job scheduling in a large process

What do you like best about the product?
It's flexibility. It's really easy to use once you get to know it's functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had no prior knowledge of BPMN so it took a little time for me but other than that I actually didn't struggle much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had to orchestrate a flow based on few conditions and Camunda made it really easy for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I had a good experience using it as orchestrater, you should explore it as much as you can

Best Workflow BPM tool for Spring Based Technology

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Camunda is its fully customizable and comes with a default H2 database to save all the instances and data. It also got features like- Automatic Retries, Incident Handling, Error Handling, REST- enabled API to call the workflow using client side and can be integrated with Angular UI. Its very easy to create and manage wokflows and Modeler is very user interactive. Best suited if you have Java based Spring framework as your core architecture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Incident Handler can be little improved and custom handler will be one of the best feature which they need to introduce in future releases. Camunda community is growing and i noticed a lot of time we don't hear back from them on any issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unified Communications was having different levels of asynchronous tasks which we wanted to replace with Camunda BPMN tool so that most of the tasks can be automated and all time taking processes can be handled in the asynchronous way.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were in need of a service orchestrator that will process some request to our next microservice when earlier get completed. Camunda BPM provided the BPM in which we designed our process and it was easy to integrate with our existing microservice architecture.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Must have tool if you are looking for a service orchestrator.
