What do you like best about the product?
Innovation: camunda really stands out in terms of innovation as compared to other products in the market and is constantly evolving and taking new cases into considerations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Camunda 8 still requires more documentation on its capabilities. Initially we had to find a lot of things just by trying different flows in the modeler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Camunda has helped us in moving existing client worklfows to digital seemlessly. It has helped many of our clients improve those processes afterwards. The modeler has helped us in explaining the workflows from developers to upper management. Camunda 8 has been an amazing tool for implementing onboarding for a client that had a lot of integrations.

What do you dislike about the product?
Scaling and. Performance, Camunda cloud based solution to mitigated that, now we are in migrations process, fewer issues we faces on slowness and performance, otherwise we were able to do tasks quite well, good going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work flow, ticketing process,
Implementing the business modal to statergic flow and integrating with existing stack, converted to micro services platform. And manual process which we used to for certain ticketing system are migrated to flow and process. Quite a lot of work are automated.

Camunda is excellent tool for orchestration of Process having multiple application involved.

It is a technical product that uses BPMN, and it makes communication easy between BA & Technical Team

Camunda 7 has a scaling issue, which is solved in Camunda 8.

cant think of anything. It is really a great tool which is highly customizable

We build our whole order fullfilment jounery using camunda. It bring business close to technology and we could adopt BizDevOps using the tech.
Very flexible, intuitive, and Business & Developer friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Open and decoupled architecture help connect and integrate various endpoints of the organization. Business and IT can collaborate in one file so that it becomes the single source of truth. Creating reusable components using Connector framework with ease makes Camunda the go-to solution in digital transformation projects. Excellent customer support and community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Camunda 8 self-hosted version is in the early stages. Multi-tenancy is not defined explicitly, and the team is working on it. A couple of different workarounds exist, but they are not stable yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to automate multiple complex processes involving various endpoints across the organization. It is helping us accelerate the Digital Transformation initiative in the company.
Great for scaling up process automation
What do you like best about the product?
Camunda integrates very nicely into our application landscape. It can be easily adapted for different business use cases, is developer friendly and scales well for processes with high throughput.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, as the platform does pretty much what it should. Some aspects, like authentification and authorization, could be better supported out of the box (although you can still write our own plugins).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used Camunda to automate over 200 processes across different business functions. Here, Camunda orchestrates services provided by different application systems and also automates decisions via DMN. Overall, it helped us immensely to scale up process automation in our organization.

Camunda is a very modular platform. You can orchestrate any process and integrate it with any ecosystem.

Camunda can get very conceptual sometines. The abstracted level of orchestration can be misunderstood.

It is solving Automation and Orchestration problems. Camunda helps companies to model, execute and then analyze their processes. It is a great tool to automate processes is your company.

The external task pattern is great as it allows you to work with different programming languages that execute external tasks

The task UI is a bit basic. History cleanup has to be looked at carefully.

We can visualize our business processes to our users and our code is much cleaner as we don't have to code the business process and it's parameters
Making your business processes easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to design any business process on this toll. All it takes is a few clicks and drags, and your process is ready in very less time. Hence it is easy, efficient and reliable tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to see the future possible stages of an currently running business process , which i think is not available as a feature as of now. It would be better , if the same feature can be developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates workflows within no time with just a few clicks and drags. It is very easy to do changes in the already existing process, which in actuality have developers do very code development.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you looking to design any business process within very less time and wants to change in currently running process in a frequent manner, then this is the toll. Although language support is limited.
Low code BPMN workflows in an elegant package
What do you like best about the product?
As a non technical user, being able to design and build automated workflows using a drag and drop interface is amazing! Also integrates with the rest of our stack easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints with the solution. There's some delay with support as they're mostly in Germany but when they respond it's very helpful and accurate!

Integrating a low code automation solution into our platform.
