Everything , i love the user interface and also possibilites that it gives

Incredibly easy scaling, automating, cost saving but best of all, adapting to emerging requirements and business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cleanup jobs can be tricky and database table relations aswell, it can be a bit difficult to easily locate certain informations. Perhaps some things have been resolved with newer versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster service delivery time, proactive problem solving resulting in better CX, orchestrating different business process needs with ease and at one place.

Linked to my previous answer, sometimes it is not easy to managemet to understand it. Which I find silly because it is quite imtuitive and visual.

The hardest part was knowing where to start—Camunda offers so many possibilities that it can feel overwhelming at first.

In our large healthcare organization, Camunda helps us map and standardize complex processes across departments. Even before automation, modeling in BPMN improved clarity, alignment, and communication. It’s a key part of our digital transformation journey.
