What do you like best about the product?
Based on bpmn, availability of conectors, user interaction, easy of use (in a range) for some use cases, documentation, training material

Mismatch version 7-8, the web console and the local editor

Network automation, customer onboarding, orders processing, provisioning, alarm and ticket automation, enriching information

I love the connectors - they come in very handy and take much work from me.
Also, I like the overall design of each component. The design is fresh and modern.
What is also one of my biggest plus-points is that you implement the workers yourself. Getting back to coding refreshed myself and I enjoy doing this very much.

Hard to say - it is not something I dislike in particular about camunda, but from my perspective it is hard to find camunda projects to work on

As clear as Camunda makes processes – without clean process design and technical understanding, complexity can quickly backfire. Those who only model without considering the practical implications produce visual illusions instead of clarity.

Great Start into Process Automation with Camunda – Some Setup Challenges at First
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been working with Camunda for about a year now, and I really enjoy how intuitive and powerful it is for modeling and automating business processes. The BPMN approach is clear and easy to follow, and I appreciate the way processes can be visualized and managed. What I especially like is how frequently new features are released – it’s great to see the platform evolving and improving continuously.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup was a bit challenging. Getting everything up and running took more time than expected, especially for someone who isn’t deeply experienced with infrastructure or DevOps. But once the setup is done, working with Camunda is smooth and productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At our company, Camunda is helping us automate an internal performance accounting process that previously involved a lot of manual work and was prone to errors. The process requires coordination between several different systems, which made it complex and inefficient when handled by hand. With Camunda, we’ve been able to streamline and automate these workflows, significantly reducing the risk of mistakes and saving valuable time. It’s made the entire process more reliable, transparent, and easier to manage.

Good, efficient engine and set of tools you can use for every automation even in the big company. Must have software if you think about process oriented business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’a a pity that support for Community Version ends :-(

What do you like best about the product?
There are multiple things that are good about Camunda, especially with the new AI agents that will help model our processess even quicker. Another feature i like is the token simulation to do a walk through and identify potential problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are using the self managed version, due to concerns regards dealing with PI data. We eould like to use the SaaS version if these concerns were not there.
One thing that I fo not like too much is the user interaction of the Camunda Desktop. It is difficult for business users to interact with, due to a very technical way for navigating through the interface.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is so fast and simple to optimize my existing processes. I can manage and change things also directly with the business owners so they can directly see the changes and also understand it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, because of our existing escalation events we are not able to migrate our bmpn process into newer versions.

Tracking our processes so we see where to improve. Automating things we had to do by ourselves before.

The cost of the licenses. Sometimes it is hard to sell the asynchronicity to the customers.
