Powerful tool for Enterprise workflow automation

Pre-build components and its usability nature
What do you dislike about the product?
Its rpa and most of its connectors are not free to use except rest

Comprehensive and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate and understand. The BPMN modeler lets us know the error, if any, in creating the workflow,
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to undo the delete. eg, Once I collapse the pool and undo it, the whole workflow was deleted and could not be retrieved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to model the workflow using BPMN elements which are easily understood and can be implemented effectively by all stakeholders.

I love Camunda 8's flexibility

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it implements the bpmn spec and that it offers extensibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish camunda cloud would allow for access to the events that are being emitted from the engine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a business process platform that will run our processes and has the flexibility to allow us to process our own user tasks and service tasks, but handle all of the gateway/token logic for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and deployment options available
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integration with UI, makes for extra work to integration backend processes with presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of long-running stateful business processes and orchestrating of stateless processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The Camunda Cockpit allows our OPS to oversee our processes and interact with them. It's a very powerful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find a downside as it fits our needs perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Camunda Platform can be used to orchestrate other systems. Especially within a microservice architecture, it is very helpful to visualize business processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Camunda platform is open source and can be easily embedded in a microservice architecture.
It is a very powerful orchestration tool which allows to visually see what is happening in a process instance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The out-of-the-box task list should be revamped with a more configurable screen layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having many API calls and business rules is very difficult to manage in the code. You can easily lose track of what is happening.
With Camunda Platform, it is easy to visualise what's going on.

What do you like best about the product?
Developer friendly, lightweight process engine that is easily embedded in existing Java applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing gap between the Community edition and the Enterprise edition is too big.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process orchestration is much simpler and requires less code than a custom code solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent documentation and customer support. This is a platform that puts developers first. Extensible and convenient.
Working with Camunda Platform is a great experience.
Camunda Cloud is an exciting platform as well, though significantly different from C7
What do you dislike about the product?
If moving from Camunda Platform to Camunda Cloud, the new and improved architecture requires significant retooling and redesign, especially for flows leveraging custom code snippets and delegates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of business flows, saving thousands of hours and dollars for the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of navigation of the editor, smooth user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve involved. It would be helpful if there is more documentation on JavaScript and implement es15 and above
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using camunda to automate the process which would otherwise be very difficult only with backend.
There are various steps involved in automation process like API calls to server, manual and user authorisation etc.
These problems are easy to solve with camunda

Most amazing feature is call activity and DMN embedded into BPMN
What do you dislike about the product?
very limited option available online to explore if you stuck at some point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate timesheet management. We have already reduced 30% human effort.
