Gainsight PX is a great tool to showcase clients their usage of Harri system.
What do you like best about the product?
Numbers and graphs mainly. It gives you a general and I depth overview of the usage

Cloning the dashboards

Numbers I wouldn't get anywhere else. it' reliable and useful for my meetings with clients

What do you like best about the product?
Gainsight is easy to use and navigate. They have great resources in their Community and University to help us continue learning after implementation. The new dashboard features launched recently are fantastic for getting buy-in for new users. Our designated Solutions Architect was excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to see improvement to the analytics section - more exciting ways to segment, and report would be great.
The integrations setup was a little complex at first, but once things were set up, they worked the way we wanted.

A) Insight on how our customers use our application and where they drop off.
B) Offer walk-throughs or help text to improve adoption.

We are still in the early adoption phase, so we are only glimpsing the potential benefits to customer relationships and product development.

Advanced Reporting and Analytics: While the current reporting and analytics capabilities are valuable, I would love to see more advanced features. For example, incorporating predictive analytics or advanced segmentation options would allow for even deeper insights into user behavior and preferences.

What do you like best about the product?
We have launched NPS survey in-app and have seen at 2700% increase in responses, allowing us to have an NPS score that feels very authentic. We didn't have the ability to launch anything in app before so this has been a huge win.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mapping the product has been EXTREMELEY challenging and required getting support from stakeholders that were not bought in. If mapping could be much easier it would make implementing much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing survey response rate so that we can approach product with customer centric product feedback.
Great Insights and Easy In-App Engagements
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy to use it is and all the data that becomes available once everything is mapped. We are able to communicate to our customers where they are which is within our product!
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge to overcome is to beginning is to get your product team to adopt PX and create the napping needed. It needs a technical resource to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are interacting with our customers through engagements, doing feature adoption walkthroughs, etc.
PX and how it works for us
What do you like best about the product?
Gainsight PX is extremely useful to us for being able to pull all of our user data and user experiences form our UI. Connecting this data to our CS application was vital to driving success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gainsight PX is so new that there are no admin certification classes or learning opportunities. I would like to be certified in setup and be able to implement this at other companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gainsight PX is solving the data information from our customer UI to bring that to the front and center of our customer success group. It shows user login, and all user data inside of our application.

Gainsight PX needs a bit of work up front to get your data in there and then some degree of ongoing maintenance, especially around product mapping.

Gainsight PX Review
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create highly targeted in-app notifications and enablement materials has truly been a game changer for us. From release notes and embedded videos to surveys we are able to inform and connect with our customers in a way we never were.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics are not as flexible as they need to be to make them truly actionable. There are so many dashboards and widgets that we can't drill into where we need the user level detail, and this can make it difficult to get our internal stakeholders the information they need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously were only able to survey users who were in our Salesforce instance, but now we can target all users of our application. We also can now add a new layer of enablement and analytics to our products.
