Makes reviews and social media easy
What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place as well as a plan with the calendar, makes it super easy to do announcements and talk and interact with our clients
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that there was ways to edit our social media profiles, such as what our bio and Instagram and Facebook says

Letting me be a manager, as well as still keeping up with the social media presence
Makes content creation and scheduling easy and stressfree!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I am able to schedule content from our supplier partners and not always having to come up with content that meets their guidelines on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the standard preset schedule is the same for all advisors. I think that makes the algorithm suppress the posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content creation that is within suppliers' guidelines and scheduling content in advance

What do you like best about the product?
I love that through SOCI I can post to multiple platforms all at once, and have the choice to post in real time or schedule a post in advance. It's really great for franchises to have access to corporate content, it's nice to be able to tap into what has already been created, but have the choice of whether or not it applies to my studio and/or target audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor is just that it is web based, sometimes if I need to take a quick action, I post directly to socials from my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me quick access to corporate franchise content, ease of use to choice what I want to use, and lets me post to multiple platforms in a singular action.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all channels are in one place and you can post one item for all sites.

There’s slot to navigate which can be a challenge when rushing

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Soci makes it so easy to post across multiple platforms without having to log into each one and create or copy and paste posts! At work we have instagram, facebook, tiktok, google, and more and I only have to post once! Also I love love love being able to schedule in one place and see my month mapped out for me. It is such a timesaver! I also love that it lets me know if images are not formatted to fit certain platforms. Its the worst when I have a great post, and instagram cuts the top off due to sizing changes. Soci eliminates that! I am also crazy about being able to see my company's impact across the board all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have so far is that I don't know enough. I can see my digital footprint which is super helpful, but I am still learning how to utilize all the features. I am not sure if there are tutorials to help navigate the features, but I would love that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci solves the repetition of taking the same post or ad across multiple platforms! I love being able to map out my weeks or months at a glance and across everything so no corner is left unnoticed and I can make the most impact! I also love being able to schedule to post at the times when consumers will most likely see my post.
It has a lot of power and potential - but it is often challenging to use and revirw.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can post on many platforms at once. This is not a system I had a choice in it was provided through a program I have access via my franchise with Cruise Planners. I think some of the features are bight shiny things but some are more hard core and it is really the posting feature that is my go to,
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is awful. It is not intuitive. You can never easily understand what you are seeing. The whole signal strength baffles me. Consistency of posting is challenging. However it does well with the programed things provided by my franchisee, it is harder to often figure out and then find the content that has been posted. The reporting and different pages are hard to follow. The engagements need some screening because it should be able to spot the scam messaging versus actual engagement. For instance for every "hi" message if I let the auto response it then starts a conversation with a scam artist and it drives negative engagement. This is the worst on Instagram.

It is helping me reach all of my socials consistently.

Being able to respond to reviews and see them all in one spot

It is not the most obviously user friendly, and took me a little bit to figure out how to use it.

Being able to view and post to all social media from one location.
Qick and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is a quick and easy way to manage multiple social media accounts! I also love that you can search photos and company recommended posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to make a post from my cell phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple people people managing social media posts and messages. It was confusing before having to go to different sites and post the same information. We also have the marketing team that can go in and schedule posts for us which is very helpful! I like that I can search recommended posts and approved photos that my company puts together to share on our social media accounts. It's great to know what posts get the most views so we can easily post more like that. It also makes it so easy to know when the best times to schedule the posts are.
Powerful Platform for Multi-Location Social Management
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI makes managing social media across multiple client locations easy and efficient. I love the ability to schedule, post, and monitor performance at scale. The built-in reporting is solid, and the local seo and review management tools are extremely helpful for agencies like ours managing home service brands. The ui is intuitive, and support has always been responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features can feel a bit limited without upgrading to a higher-tier plan. Integrations with certain platforms can be a bit clunky, and reporting customization could be more flexible. Also, sometimes load times are slower than I’d expect when managing my nearly dozen accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us manage social presence and reputation across dozens of pest control and home service clients. It eliminates the chaos of logging into multiple platforms and streamlines social scheduling, customer engagement, and review response in one dashboard. This has saved our team hours every week and improved consistency across all our local brands.
