Great Social Media Managing Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The social media scheduler is a game changer! It has always been difficult for me to find time to post on a daily basis -- now I can do it all in a few days for the entire month! I also love that reviews and socials are in the same place; the less clicks and log-ins the better! The platform is easy to navigate and understand each menu item. I will use this A LOT!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there are not any aspects of SOCi that don't seem beneficial to me. Excited to get started!

SOCi is helping me create a consistent social media profile for two growing locations by providing a platform where posts can be generated, edited and scheduled with ease.
Powerful Tool for Multi-Location Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI has been a game-changer for managing our multi-location healthcare practices. Their social media tools are powerful and easy to use, making it simple to post engaging content across all our locations. Listings management is seamless, and their reputation management features have saved us so much time. Highly recommend for any multi-site business looking to streamline marketing!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really hard to find something I dislike! My only minor complaint is that, because it offers so many features, there’s a bit of a learning curve and some self-teaching involved. That said, the Soci team is incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I have questions!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a one-woman marketing department managing multiple healthcare locations, SOCI has been a lifesaver. The platform makes social media and reputation management incredibly easy and efficient—I've saved so much time in both areas. The listings management tools are also super helpful, and I love how I can get a quick, in-depth look at our analytics. Plus, the platform offers smart recommendations on how to improve performance.
Soci has been a game changer on saving time for me.
What do you like best about the product?
That I can do a schedule on Monday instead of being worried about posting daily.

There is nothing about Soci that I do not like

Great Tool for Managing Multiple Locations
What do you like best about the product?
Love how Soci brings everything social together in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling content across groups of locations could be more streamlined. Some competitors offer more advanced solutions in this area, so I’m hoping to see improvements from Soci in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci centralizes all your Google and other listings in one place, even suggesting replies to reviews. It takes the hassle out of posting to multiple locations by allowing you to localize each post with ease.

Connection of all social media platforms in one location. Numerous monthly posts that are created for our business to promote, connect and market throughout social media.

Seems difficult to try to schedule a past post that I didn’t approve but would now like to post on a different day.

Getting our name out there, more visibility, and all social media platforms connected in one area.

SOCi keeps post daily on my social media with deals that are appealing to my clients and those searching out travel related post on social medai

There are some destinations I do not specialize in and might not be as informed about.

SOCi is helping me be consistent in posting to social media. I can set it over the weekend and have a week long of post that keep my page in front of people

Being able to schedule out my social media posts. I am able to use content supplied to me by the franchise, but also upload my own photos.
Also, the ability to respond to user reviews in the platform, as well as get AI rewrites to make my posts more vibrant.

Sometimes it's difficult to upload photos on the desktop so I use the mobile app for easier uploading.

I like I am able to post and schedule content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be better with posting from the actual page of the account.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about SOCi is the easy access to all of our social media in just one app/website. Scheduling social media posts has been very easy since we started using it, 100% recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful tab for us will be images, since we do not use this tab very often.

Views on our social media posts and easy access replying to reviews.

ease of use, complete profile of tools, options for images that are for free use, ability to edit scheduled posts, what more could I want?
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the only thing I wish is that I could automate my hashtag to be in every post without typing it each time.

It's saving me TIME by scheduling posts.
