What do you like best about the product?
I like that it keeps everything together and streamlines the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using this for a few weeks and haven't found any issues. There is a bit of a learning curve but that is more on my end and not Soci.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing and understanding the analytics, helping with our overall SEO

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing I've used is to be able to stay in touch with potential customers. I'm able to chat with them all in one place, answer any questions and let them know about services we offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I, honestly, haven't found anything that I dont like about Soci, I would recommend it to any large or small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci helps our store to be able to reach out to local residents to let them know products we offer

What do you like best about the product?
It makes posting to my job's multiple social media accounts pretty easy and streamlined. I have to use it frequently for posts and it cuts down on a lot of time I previously spent posting to our social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some glitches to hammer out - I have dealt with duplicate posts, posts not publishing for over 24 hours after the scheduled day/time, there are always errors on the screen stating that my content is old/outdated when it is newly created, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes posting across multiple platforms so much easier and streamlined. I also like being able to schedule posts across multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using So-Ci for work, and it's been a great tool, especially working in multi-family property management, I really appreciate how easy the platform is to navigate. It makes creating and managing content super efficient, which is a huge help when juggling all the tasks of a property manager on-site!
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to choose something, I'd say it would be nice to have a few more customization options for templates or scheduling features. I currently use Notion so if So-Ci could integrate with my Notion templates that would be even better. Nothing major, just small tweaks that could make an already great platform even better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So-Ci has really helped streamline communication and content management for me in multi-family property management. It saves me a ton of time by providing an easy-to-use platform where I can manage all my social media and resident engagement in one place. No more switching between multiple tools or worrying about disorganized posts, it keeps everything in one place and makes my job so much easier!

What do you like best about the product?
I can schedule posts for all of my social media & Google in one place. I can also schedule a time to post based on when I know my customers are more active. The scheduling feature allows me to set up posts once a week or once a month instead of several times a week. I can also access the app on my phone when I am attaching photos, and I can have my staff download the app if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not always notified when a new review has been posted. As a franchisee, I cannot respond directly to reviews, but my franchisor overlooked a review in the past and I only noticed because I was clicking through everything on SoCi when it normally shows in the dashboard. I would appreciate a notification when reviews have been written so that I can see how customers feel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci allows me to see all my reviews in one place and if they have been responded to. It also saves me time by making one post for several platforms and cross-posting.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to make suggestions and recommendations to your field units directly to their calendar and scheduler. It makes it easy for the teams to develop content calendars if needed. Set up was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clunky approval system; this could be streamlined better. Additionally, the full service approval system could be streamlined better. This makes it hard to utilize frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling for multi-unit locations with a small marketing team.

What do you like best about the product?
How you have everything in one place, I do marketing and sometimes wearing different hats can get pretty overwhelming, but when you get tools like SoCi where you can reply yo reviews, post on social media and just overall see your brand, it just makes everything easier!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm pretty satisfied for the moment, really liked the new AI reply to reviews, so for no I wouldnt change anything nor do I have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage two locations so it's pretty helpful that they have the group tool, where I don't have to post everything twic.e
