What do you like best about the product?
Good Marketing Tool. Easy to use! It helped me a lot in exposing my business to the public.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still new to Soci! I can't evaluate much for the time being!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am only using Soci as a marketing tool on Insta! Scheduling Ads is very helpful.

Based On My User Permissions, It's OK - Could Be Better.

What do you like best about the product?
Because I don't have the bandwidth to fully explore and utilizing SOCi for all 58 properties in my region, I do appreciate being able to utilize the Scheduler to make posts for my entire region.

The reporting options are ok too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ongoing notifications that continue to happen for suspicious activity or accounts being marked or having to be reactivated or resynced. I do not have access to fix these myself so I am usually having to escalate this to the internal corporate marketing team via a support ticket so it creates extra work. It usually happens for multiple properties at least 2-3 times a month.

It would be great to be able to bulk post for select properties so for example, I can schedule posts for all properties in KY or SC the specific content for their region.... Currently, I am only able to post via the scheduler for the entire Carolinas which is 58 properties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great having it sync to all social media platforms. I don't know if it is necessarily solving problems for me as there are things I wish it would allow for that it currently does not.

Seems a bit cumbersome to use. Library could have more information and pictures to choose from for posting

SOCi is solving one of the biggest challenges we face in property management marketing: scaling consistent, high-quality digital engagement across multiple locations while staying efficient and brand-aligned. Before SOCi, managing social media, reviews, and local listings for multiple properties often felt fragmented and time-consuming. Each property had its own set of tools or processes, making it difficult to maintain consistency, track performance, or support on-site teams effectively.

With SOCi, we now have a centralized platform that gives us full visibility and control across all our properties while still empowering individual teams to engage locally. This has dramatically improved our ability to respond to reviews quickly, publish content at scale, and optimize local SEO, all while saving valuable time.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can schedule posts for social media ahead of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not consistent. It does not remember my choices for posting. I do not think there is a way to post to groups. Limited social media platforms. Does not pull all stats, amount of followers is wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It posts some generic posts for me so that my posting stays consistent even if it is not very interesting.

If you don't use SOCi, start now!

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has made managing our social media accounts and business listings a breeze! Previously, we manually managed all our business listings independently, taking hours to make updates across our 40 different locations. Now it takes me only a couple of minutes to push posts or make updates. It took us only a few weeks to get our entire company on to the SOCi platform, and the onboarding team took care of the majority of the integration. They worked with us every step of the way to make sure our experience was as seamless as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only "negative" thing I can think of in regards to SOCi is that I'd like there to be more in-depth training guide available in the University or in the Help forum. Some things, I've just had to trial and error them to figure them out because I couldn't find anything available. But for major things, I know I can just submit a support ticket and they'll get back to me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us stay on top of reviews, listings, and social media for all our communities in one place. It’s made it way easier to respond quickly, keep our info consistent, and share content without jumping between platforms. We’re seeing better engagement, and it’s saving our team a ton of time.

Easy management and updating of store listing info across all platforms. Scheduled social posting. Responding to reviews across platforms for all stores.

Sometimes takes a while for new stores to be onboarded and all listings created.

SOCi makes it easy to manage listings for all locations, updating hours and other information. We also use it for online reputation management, responding to reviews from all platforms. And coordinating social media posts across the company.
