What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and very helpful when it comes to guiding you how to respond to your reviews and looking at competitor comparisons.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would remind you if you haven't responded to a review in 24 hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to quickly respond to online reviews. This is helping our response time and brand reputation. Also, more visibility to any member feedback we have.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with the team at SOCI has been a great experience. From the very beginning, the ease of integration with our systems made the onboarding process smooth and efficient. Dylan and Melissa have been outstanding always responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. Their customer support consistently goes above and beyond, helping us troubleshoot issues quickly and offering guidance tailored to our needs. It’s clear they genuinely care about our success. We’re grateful for their partnership and look forward to continuing to grow with SOCI.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few areas where the platform could improve. Some features can feel a bit limited or unintuitive depending on the use case. However, the SOCI team has been receptive to feedback and continues to work on enhancements, which gives us confidence in the platform’s long-term value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI is helping us solve the challenge of managing content across multiple social media platforms by streamlining the process into one centralized solution. It simplifies posting for both our corporate team and local teams, making it easier to stay consistent and aligned with our brand voice. The platform also offers helpful support and guidance when needed, along with accountability tools that allow us to track performance and engagement across accounts. Having everything in one place has saved us time, improved our workflow, and enhanced our overall social media strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SOCi is its strong focus on innovation and empowering multi-location businesses to manage their marketing more efficiently. The platform brings together social media, reputation management, listings, and localized content in one place — which saves a ton of time and helps brands maintain consistency across all locations.

I also really appreciate the company culture — the leadership is transparent, and the teams are collaborative and passionate about making an impact. SOCi genuinely listens to customer feedback and continuously improves its platform, which makes it feel like a true partnership rather than just a vendor relationship.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features have a learning curve, but the platform improves continuously.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy use. I'm able to schedule post in the future, and not have to worry about doing it myself on the day. Very Hassle free.

No dislikes at this moment of any of it's features.

Filter not so great reviews, and providing kind, rasonable feedbacks to relay to upset clients.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is very user-friendly, allowing me to easily upload and schedule multiple posts. I’m able to handle all of my social media planning at the beginning of the month for the entire month, which saves me a lot of time. It’s one less thing to worry about during my busy schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing I dislike—I love everything about it. The interface is user-friendly and navigation is straightforward, making it a pleasure to use.
