What do you like best about the product?
That you can create and schedule a social media post for your property & it seems very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't run into any issues yet since I'm new to the program.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci seems to be very straight forward and easy to use! It has been easy to integrate into our practice. Rally good customer service/learning courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a downside to Soci yet. Excited to see how it compares to Hootsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci makes managing multi-location marketing a breeze, with a simple to use platform, unparalleled support from their team, and constant improvements to optimize usage and the ever changing landscape of digital marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ads platform wasn't simple for our users to adopt, so we cancelled that module of the agreement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci enables me to manage the online profile and listings of our 400 locations with ease. The one stop shop to access all information makes not just implementation, but really compliance a breeze.

Great Social Media Tool for All Businesses!

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi's social media scheduler is a convenient, one stop place to schedule and send out social media posts to all platforms at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not have newer apps available, such as TikTok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient program so I don't have to log in to multiple programs to see analytics or schedule posts to multiple different sites.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for all our franchisees to have access to content, automated social calendars, and their accounts linked in one central place
What do you dislike about the product?
- Instagram integration is limiting IE: can't add music, can't edit bios or delete content from SOCI
- FB events are common and we can't create them through SOCI
- The inability to edit photos in platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Limiting "admin" access for lower end users and having to share multiple links for others to access content (in SOCI we can just share with them directly)

What do you like best about the product?
Soci has made managing our salon’s social media much more efficient. I love being able to schedule posts across platforms in one place, and the calendar view is super helpful for staying organized. The ability to customize brand-approved content is a huge time-saver, and the asset library makes it easy to keep visuals consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel a little clunky at times, especially when trying to edit posts across multiple platforms. Some features (like tagging or story scheduling) aren’t as intuitive or flexible as I’d like, and the mobile experience could be stronger. But overall, it’s a solid tool that keeps improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci helps us stay consistent and on-brand with our social media presence, even during our busiest weeks at the salon. It solves the challenge of coordinating content across multiple platforms, which used to be time-consuming and easy to drop the ball on. Having pre-approved content from the franchisor, plus the flexibility to localize posts, means we can stay active and engaging without creating everything from scratch. It’s helping us save time, stay organized, and show up professionally online.
