Helpful for busy Managers

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of scheduling posts so that takes pressure off the around the clock work that social media can be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could add audio to posts through soci, and I wish there was a better way to auto fit posts so they don't come out so grainy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auto scheduling so I don't go into overtime by posting at peak hours.

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to set up and train users
- Support is always helpful and responsive
- We have our teams use it multiple times per week
- Love that we can have all of our listings (FB, IG, GBP, etc.) in one place to make updates
What do you dislike about the product?
- Sometimes we have issues with posts not going through
- Updates to social platforms made through SoCi can take some time

Makes it easy for our teams to post to multiple platforms simultaneously & easy for us to manage multiple platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of posting across multiple platforms and gain data on how successful your posts are.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website layout takes a while to get used to, however, the video guides do help to understand how to use better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to provide our franchisor with data on marketing analytics instead of having to do it ourselves

What do you like best about the product?
SoCi is extremely easy to use, I like that you can schedule things out in advance for a later date.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like is that I can not delete posts on IG, I need to reach out to corporate for that however that might be an organizational setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps with marketing/ getting our name out there

Works great, reminding of reviews not replied to as well as statistics for recent reviews.

I believe it works great and have no negative comments

Soci does not solve any problems but lets us know when to interact with reviews and updates us.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly. Allows us to easily schedule posts, and monitor reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reviews coming through can be delayed by hours. Doesn't allow us to respond to reviews instantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with social scheduling.

I think the organization of the home screen could be better since there are a lot of features.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the calendar for scheduling, as well as the rating on engagement that Soci gives to score your post on platforms. It's helpful insight that lets us know which posts work and which don't.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dislike about Sochi is that if you are posting an Instagram story, you cannot attach any music or links. This is something that you can do on the platform itself that I think really helps with engagement and getting people to review the story.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem that Soci has solved for us is being able to see how we compare to competitors directly. I really enjoy the location map that shows you how popular one gym is in one area of town versus another based on Google searches.
