SOCi makes my job easier every day

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to quickly preview and edit the loaded content from corp.
What do you dislike about the product?
How our group is set up, we currently have to approve all content across all 20 branches when it's loaded from corp. Love it if it were possible to approve the same post for all 20 facebook pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a franchise group and it's amazing to have corp load monthly content and we can quickly approve or reject their content while also loading our own easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Seeing all of my upcoming content in one space, and being able to plan accordingly. Having reviews from all platforms visible and tasked out so I can reply quickly is really nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many complaints, sometimes I get errors when trying to respond to comments on different platforms and have to refresh to make it work though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see what my team is scheduling and when has been extremely beneficial, so we can plan our content and make sure it is in line with brand standards.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci is an excellent resource to streamline social media posts and quickly manage google reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't alert you immediately about a google review, it sends an email out at midnight to notify about a new review, whereas google will alert immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule our social media posts weeks in advance and then forget about it, don't saves time from remembering post post on our social media platforms on a regular basis.

We love how we can set the schedule for the week. There are various titles to choose from to post. Everything you need for the social outlet is there. User friendly

I wish you could access your social media accounts there.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has so many features and different platforms you can post to, the calendar and scheduling feature makes it easy to plan ahead!
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform it self can sometimes be difficult to navigate, but it’s easier once you get the hang of it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me an easier way to cross post across platforms! And see analytics in one spot

What do you like best about the product?
- Love being able to address all comments etc in one place
- Love the auto-posting and content suggestions
What do you dislike about the product?
- Cannot manage clinic hours from within google anymore, can only edit though SOCi. Took me a while to figure this out which meant our hours did not get changed after I had edited them through google.
- Can find it tricky to like or "react" to comments on posts sometimes? Mostly through Instagram. Not sure why.
- Can sometimes find the navigation of the site a bit counter-intuitive. Takes me a minute to find the right section for my tasks (admittedly, I don't use SOCi daily, so it might come with more time spent with it)

What do you like best about the product?
It's reporting platform is top-notch, easy to navigate, easy to dial in to specific time periods. The ability to compare results to competitors and then look at trendlines based on sentiment allows me to see what is working in almost real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having automated reporting emailed would be a benefit that I currently don't have access too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to respond to reviews in a timely manner, increasing likelihood that customers who take the time to write reviews feel like they were heard.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is super easy to use and I love that everything is in one place. I have reached out to customer support once and was met with kindness and my problem was easily resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am very happy with SOCi and do not have any complaints!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that you can view analytics from other communities to compare and better understand how your overall presence stacks up against competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The suggested posts did not align with the quality and tone we aim to maintain on our platforms, so I’ve opted not to use them at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing in particular—I typically don’t use the platform much since I create all of our community’s content myself. The suggested posts haven’t aligned well with the goals we’re aiming to achieve. However, if there’s a feature that recommends relevant hashtags, that would definitely be helpful.
