SOCI Helps me do my job more efficiently and easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule and post to multiple platforms at once and each one can be unique.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not able to share posts from other accounts and find it difficult to tag partners/local businesses. I am currently struggling with getting the review connection setup. It has been months and very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I can schedule posts to Google Business and easily make updates in one place. Before SOCI, I was not able to do that.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Soci's usefulness in coordinating marketing between multiple franchises.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organizing and finding images or old posts can be difficult.

Soci helps us coordinate social media posts and analyze interactions.

SOCi is very easy to use and work with once you get in and get to know it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it was difficult to find reviews and other things. Now that I have been in the site quite a bit, it is not as difficult or hard to find the things I need.

I really like the templates that are built into the system! That has really helped me be able to respond and move on with my day.

I think Soci was easy to navigate and to be able to post for different account!

I don't think there was any issues that I had with the short time I used it.

I like that everything is all in one place and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a newer user I haven't found any downsides yet.

Soci has all of my reviews in one place, making it easy to respond in a timely manner. I like that I can schedule out social media posts to all of my accounts at the same time.
Using soci makes it so convenient to post on all our property's social pages within a few clicks!

The calendar feature and how easy it is to edit posts.

Nothing! I love it. Everything about it even the news updates.

Allowing me to add social media posts within a few minutes instead of taking hours.

Being able to incorperate all of out social medial platforms into one space. Allows to reach a wider audience in such little time.
Efficient social media management tool with solid scheduling features.
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it really easy to schedule and manage social media content across multiple platforms from a single dashboard. The bulk scheduling feature saves a lot of time, and the post calendar view is very intuitive. I also appreciate how responsive their support team is when we run into issues. The platform gives our team great visibility and control over local and national campaigns, which helps maintain consistency across locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting dashboard could be a bit more customizable — it currently lacks the flexibility to dig deeper into certain performance metrics without exporting raw data. Sometimes the platform can lag slightly when switching between different brand accounts. Also, the initial learning curve for setting up multi-location workflows can be steep without guided onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us streamline multi-location social media management by centralizing all our brand pages in one platform. This eliminates the need to log in to individual accounts or use multiple tools, saving time and reducing errors. It also ensures consistent messaging across all locations and simplifies approvals and collaboration with franchisees or local managers. As a result, we’ve improved scheduling efficiency, increased brand control, and saved significant time for our marketing team.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so user friendly! I love how consistent it is. It really makes scheduling posts as easy as possible. There are a ton of features from story posts to grid posts. It's amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
One time it disconnected our Instagram which kinda sucked, BUT that doesn't take away from how actually helpful it is.

SOCi helps us schedule posts, basically helping take a task off our hands!
