Easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how intuitive and easy SOCi is to navigate. It's refreshing to use a platform where you can log in, get your work done efficiently, and not waste time trying to figure things out. The user-friendly interface makes managing tasks straightforward and stress-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to have a spot to put the title of each post that way its easy for me to see in Calendar view which post is which.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps solve the challenge of managing multiple locations and social media profiles efficiently. Instead of bouncing between platforms or struggling with inconsistent branding, I can manage everything in one centralized place. This saves time, reduces errors, and helps ensure our content is consistent and on-brand across all locations. It’s especially helpful for streamlining approvals, scheduling posts, and tracking performance—all in one dashboard.

Brining in the Views!

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it easy for anyone to create content and increase the professionalism of the post. This brings in traction! It is also simple to use and connect your socials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are still some glitches in terms of photos and communication with issues. If you are not utilizing the application daily you don’t know if something isn’t being withheld or not posted. An added feature/email/text will alert the user to a problem, that may occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is cutting down my need for an independent marketing team. I can do it myself! It helps save money in the long run.

What do you like best about the product?
How I can schedule ahead of time works great for vacations and busy weeks I can do before hand!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it wasn’t delayed sometimes. Sometimes I’ll schedule a post and it won’t post for hours and I have to delete and re put in the post :(

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy use to use CANVA for posts, and I like the scheduler. I just need and want to learn and do more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Soci is what I do for our centers. I needed more training to know what all it can do. I guess, I am saying Idk what idk. Are there tutorials I can watch on my own time to learn?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A way to post special in store promos and to engage in our community.

It makes everything seamless from.scheduling to analytics

Sentiment analysis can be better as it gives the wrong category for some interactions

It allows us to better our online presence and saves us time that would be spent scheduling separate posts

Great Tool for Property Updates and Leasing Promotions

What do you like best about the product?
The website is very helpful and easy to use. One of the major upsides is that it allows me to post updates so all our residents can see our property and current leasing deals. It's a great way to keep everyone informed and engaged. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for an efficient and reliable platform for property communication.

So far, my experience has been entirely positive.

Easier Communication with Residents:
I can post updates, announcements, and leasing deals that all residents can easily see in one place, saving time and ensuring everyone stays informed.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform dashboard makes it user friendly. The auto-generated responses assist with responding to the surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still don't wuite understand the social media monitoring of SOCI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The surveys are easy for the residents to fill out and understand. The verbiage is clear. It helps manage all in one services for reputation instead of the multiple platforms prior.
